Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money! Very cheap material and super thin. Can’t even put outside, it will blow away. Contacted them about this and they said no refunds. What a scam.

Got what I expected
This doormat is a present for my daughter and son in law. I knew it was going to be thin, but, as it's a token doormat and not one for scrubbing dirty feet on I didn't mind and, I suspect, neither will my daughter.The cartoon faces of the two Rottweilers is very cute and correctly spelt names is a bonus.The price IS a little steep for the material, but, your paying for the personalisation and as a gift it's different!

Mat paper thin line something from a dollar store Received my door mat with my dogs…
Received my door mat with my dogs pictures on it today. I was so disappointed. It’s paper thin, like a mat you may buy at Dollar Tree & the pictures are too light, Like faded. For $49 I expected much more.

Great dog gate sign
Customising the dog gate sign was easy. Delivery was a little slow but I didn’t notice the 2 week delivery info. Sign is brilliant. Not the sturdiest but fine for the gate. Everyone has commented to say how great it is. Love the distressed look

Quality is appalling
Quality is appalling, cheap and thin, poor material quality. Contacted company who said it was as described, but certainly wasn’t “luxurious”. Poor experience and value, expensive mistake.

Cheaply made
So lightweight a good wind blows it. People wipe feet and it slides . Pictures of dogs look great just too cheaply made :(

Print of my pup was clear
Print of my pup was clear. Shipment arrived on time. The quality of the mat is disappointing. It is super light and thin, moves across floor surface so you cant stop and dry your feet etc as you would expect. May be my own fault for not doing better research on quality of product. With shipping cost me $52. It was a gift for Grandma so couldnt return it.

Their ‘door mats’ are a joke
Their ‘door mats’ are a joke. It’s not non slip, it’s as thin as poster paper and the minute a strong wind blows, you’ll be lucky to find it in your neighbors yard. When I contacted customer service to get ‘my total customer satisfaction guarantee’, I was told I should have read the description (my bad, I thought I was ordering a real door mat for $50). I wanted to review them on their website, but they won’t send me the link to do that after multiple e-mails requesting it. Don’t trust these folks or buy their products. Complete rip off

Totally not what I expected
It's totally not what I expected. It looks nice but is not functional at all. It stated that it was non-slip, but both myself and daughter have slipped, it does not grip the floor. It also states indoor and outdoor use... no way could it be used outside. Very overpriced at over £30 I wouldn't part with £10 for this product.

I received the floor mat I ordered and found it is a joke. Very deceptive advertising..the floor mat is a picture of a nice thick floor mat affixed to a piece of 1/4 thick foam. Received a smart a&@ email from customer service rejecting my request for refund. This company is a sham…nothing constructive I can offer Wasted $50…wished I had checked reviews before purchasing.

Customer service is horrible and they refuse to admit their fraudulent ways. The doormats are flimsy fabric that blows away with a slight wind. By no means is this a doormat in any shape or form. BUYER BEWARE
