Karla was excellent. Very professional. She helped me with many questions about how to order. Also!! Do you people realize that Karla has never been in a hot tub/ jacuzzi!! I feel the more you teach your employees the better they become as salespeople, will relate with your customers in a whole different way. So take some advice from a person who has traveled, and has been on stage with some of the best motivational speakers in the world. Our Brain is the way to personal success.

We weren't using our hot tub very much because our old cover was too heavy to move each time so we ordered a new cover with Lowcostspacovers. The process was very easy and quick. Their customer service was also readily available for questions. A few weeks later, I had a beautiful cover that fit perfectly. My wife and I are back in love with our hot tub and use it almost every day. Thank you LCSC! Great work!

I needed a spa cover, and I wanted it fast. These craftsmen took their time and had me measure twice and maybe 3 times. I admit I was a little upset but the price was great so I measured again. I received my spa cover very quickly, less than 4 weeks and that’s through the Christmas Holidays. The quality exceeded my expectations. The Spa dealer wanted $1200 to replace my cover. I did it myself for $577 and was extremely easy.

Hi! My name is Rebecca Gaskin and I just had to write and tell you what I think of your product. I had ordered a cover for my Hot Springs Jetsetter hot tub back in September. I was somewhat nervous and checked my measurements exactly as your website instructed about 3 times and then had my husband check the measurements to make sure we came up with the same thing. We did so I sent it in. I was very impressed at the reply saying my order was rec'd and asked to reply to verify so quickly. I appreciated your company keeping me informed as to the status of my order and when & how it was shipped. It arrived pretty quick and when I opened the box, I was blown away at the quality and color of the cover. It fit to a T!! I also ordered the Aerospace 303 protectant to keep it as beautiful as the day I got it.Thank you so much. You have a customer for life and I recommend your company to anybody and everybody. If i could give negative stars, I would. Buyers beware. This company has horrible customer service and management. First, they lost our drawings for the original cover. Then, we had to trace. They lost that THEN found it and made the over upside down to the based on the traced drawing. After months waiting on these people, we have requested our money back and will have to look for another company. STAY AWAY!

The ordering process takes a bit but it is so they can get you the correct cover. order process time could be a bit more streamlined, but was not out of expactation. The cover arrived today. Tailgate drop at our driveway. I installed in in a matter of minutes. The fit is correct, quality is at our expectations. I would definitely use this business again.

Concerned but put at ease!
To be honest I was bit concerned going to a website for the first time and ordering a $600 cover for my hot tub. However, their communication was excellent and we worked out all the details! Cover showed up and it’s of excellent quality and fit perfectly! Rounded corners and all! I’m very happy with the entire process and extremely satisfied! If there were more than five stars I’d give more! Thanks for everything!

Great customer service. They had to make our spa cover from a template we made from a plastic sheet. They did a great job communicating what we needed to do. The spa cover arrived with no issues and fits perfectly. Timing was fine for delivery and was faster and cheaper than other options we researched.

These people are scammers
These people are scammers, take your monies keep it for 1.5 months. I call they tell me it will be shipped and I call again and they say maby next week ect. They say its done.. "LIE" Very rude CS . After confronting them with the fact they keep putting me off and they tell me it's ready to ship being the fraudsters they are I was reporting them to my bank. My monies got deposited back into my account. Also to note after I purchased this cover I was getting bank alerts about fraudulent charges on my card not sure if it's related to this place but quite the coincidence.. STAY AWAY WOULD BE MY RECOMMENDATION...

Great replacement Hot Tub covers company
High quality, hot tub covers! My Hot Tub cover needed to be replaced after five years. The website made it super simple. All you need is a few measurements. They were super timely with their communication to confirm my measurements and within a week and a half it was out of there warehouse and on the truck. It showed up today and fits perfect. I was not expecting it to be as nice as it is. Much better than the original one that came with the Hot Tub. Highly recommend.

Stay away from Lowcostspacovers
Seam became unraveled within 6 mo. They responded to the complaint by requesting the purchase info, which they already had. The only receipt I had was from the credit card, which they claim wasn’t a receipt. I decided too resist myself. The cover is super light weight (I question the foam density) and does not sit flat without all 4 clips fastened. I have more evaporation with this cover than the previous 4. Horrible product, bad customer service.

2 weeks & 10 emails for them to tell me they won't deliver to my location
I placed an order on Sept 22 and responded to their email to confirm the order that same day. After some back and forth I was told they couldn't deliver the cover because it was in the mountains and the truck couldn't get there. I assured them it was a main road perfectly accessible to semis as it was being delivered to my management company. Apparently the address wasn't coming up right in Google so I provided a pin GPS location, screenshots, and the address to a church next door. They responded saying they can't deliver to churches. I said no, that church is in the same strip mall and next door to the management company. Crickets for like 5 days. I responded back with my management company's other location (this location comes up on Google just fine and is also accessible to large trucks) and told them to let me know which location they would be delivering it to. They finally responded saying they are not allowed to deliver to "addresses associated with lodges". To be clear, this is for a house... but we all name our vacation rentals up here and the name of my house has "lodge" in the name. So anyhow, for 10 back and forth emails over the course of 2 weeks, where I told them repeatedly that it was going to the management company, at the very end they decided to tell me they wouldn't deliver it and they were cancelling my order. They also charged my card right away, so I've had the charge on my card for 2 weeks. Awesome! So glad I wasted my time with them.

DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY!!! Cover didn't even last 1 month before ripping at the seams. The material of the cover is about as thin as paper. They blamed animals despite the last cover being over 10 years old and having zero tear / seam issues. Horrible customer service and tried to sell me a new one after getting a month out of the old one. I cannot stress enough about avoiding this company.

I was very pleased with my spa cover and how nice it looks! Very good quality and also packaging was excellent to keep the cover from getting damaged in shipping! Price was good as well and the time it takes to get the delivery wasn't too long either. Free delivery was such a great selling point for me! I would highly recommend Low Cost Spa Covers!

I can only give a review on the service I received from Karla. This is representative was more than patient and helpful to make sure the replacement spa cover I've ordered was correct in its dimensions. I have no idea as to the quality of the spa cover itself, but if the actual cover is of the same quality as Karla's serviice, I will be thrilled. Karla gives your company from the perspective of someone ordering one of your covers a very wonderful sense of expectation for a first rate cover coming my way in about 10 days to 2 weeks with maybe another 5 to 10 days for it to actually arrive at my home. Karla, you are awesome! Hopefully the company will reflect your excellence!

Never received the product and was denied a refund of my order. After several attempts to resolve the solution with customer service, customer service repeatedly said it had already shipped but could not provide a tracking number. I eventually asked for a refund after a month and a half and was denied.After posting this review, Low Cost Spa Covers issued a refund

Professional, but no help
Ordered the cover and it took longer to receive than promised(two weeks). I got a notice that they couldn't deliver it to my house that I would need to that it delivered to and address in the metropolitan area. So I had it delivered to a friends house. (no big deal) when I ordered they had my address.Once I picked it up and installed it I realized the 4 handles ( that I paid extra for) are on the sides opposite of the tie down straps. If you don't pay extra the handles they are on the side with the tie downs. really??Very confusing, So BEWARE. When i asked to purchase some rubber handles to have them installed locally on the side with the tie downs, I was told that cant happen?? I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I purchased from this company really disappointed.Karla in customer service was professional, but no help to my situation. If you do purchase from this company please read the fine print. Hope this helps someone...
