Stay away! Lies and 1/2 truths is what you will get. As soon as you send the money the deal will change. She doesn’t take credit cards so you have no recourse. If her lips are moving she has lied.

If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. Do not use this company. I paid $21,000 for a two day charter and I had to fight to get what we had agreed on from the start. Dhardra ruined the trip for me and my family. ALL I asked for was for my boys to be able to go fishing and to have jet skis for the kids. Those were my only activity requirements that I told her about on a phone call. THE NIGHT BEFORE our trip I get a message from her that we need fishing licenses which I paid for and were necessary but not the night before our excursion and she said we'd have to pay additionally for the jet skis. SHE RUNS A BAIT AND SWITCH. I did decide on a smaller boat to keep the cost under $20k which it was not it was $21k. She sent me a picture of the boat on a text and I said what is included as EVERY SINGLE boat I was looking at had all the toys and two jet skis. She never responded what was included, but said in a text she would send me the link. NEVER DID. And on Thanksgiving Day finally called me back after me emailing, texting and calling said she would make it right and get us two jet skis for our first day for two hours and two jets skis for three hours the next day. If she had kept her promise I would have let all the STRESSFUL interactions go and just never used her again. But guess what? She refused to get us jet skis the next day and I had to pay for them. For the $1300 I would have let it go. But now I will not. THIS WAS A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Dhardra is unprofessional and she is a liar. She lied about what the jet skis cost her the day before, I used the same company I know what they cost and what I paid. She lied about not knowing about the fishing and jet skis requirement and she told her staff on board not to give me any information on the owner, whom I wanted to warn about the broker he was using. Which I did. I am still considering legal action against this company for a refund, it was literally so awful and so stressful and it should have been a joy. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! In the text messages below she states that only one jet ski would have come with a boat this size. She tried to get away with doing NOTHING to accommodate us. One jet ski the whole time would have been fine, at least she admitted to trying to shaft us. In this next text message she says YOU'RE WELCOME FOR THE TWO JET SKIS WE PAID FOR $1200 out of pocket. You're welcome? For something that should have come with a $21,000 rental?????? I used the same company when she refused to do what she said she would, the jet skis are $150 each per hour, there is a delivery fee but it comes no where near $1200. She is a liar and she is a thief.
