25 pounds in 6 weeks
I've lost 25 pounds in 6 weeks on the "extreme" diet. The food is very tasty, and the delivery service is great! Of course, it's natural to feel hungry during such an aggressive weight loss program, but I think the diet a good job of satisfying cravings. I have never eaten vegan before, and I found the transition to be easy. Very glad I found Macro Mediterranean, and will update on my progress!

Quality - Incredible Taste / Customer Service - Responsive and Informative
Macro-Mediterranean is the forth meal delivery company that I tried and has quality and customer service that beats the competition by miles. My first meals included enjoying the Pumpkin Cream and Miso Soup with Brown Rice! These are DELICIOUS and taste AMAZING! The Pumpkin Cream takes like the inside of a pumpkin pie. The depth and complexity of the food is impeccable. It is filling, but refreshing at the same time. I am thrilled to begin incorporating the meals into my Macro-based food lifestyle and planning deliveries on a regular basis.#ourhealthisourwealth

The food is satisfying
The food is satisfying , arrive in a timely manner with great packing that keeps the food fresh. The customer service is individualized, it makes you fell as thought you are the only customer. It’s convenient, lost about 2 pounds, no digestive issues. Thank you Jeremy!

I would like to say a big thank you to Macro Mediterranean! I moved to Miami from Hungary 4 month ago because of school and work. In Hungary I had time to cook and I had to because I couldn’t find a place there what would be good for me. I have a lot of allergy and my tummy is so sensitive. Since I’m living in the US I have no time to cook and I had a really hard and complicated time about eating until I find Macro Mediterranean! Their food is matching with my needs. Before my first order we emailed about everything what is good for me, what I have to avoid, they made a perfect preparation about my foods. Every time they was so nice and kind with me, even if when I had a lot of question they were so patient and gave me an informative answer. Their foods are amazing, as perfect as I’m eating in a restaurant. Varied, special and arrives in time every week! I had no bad experience about this company, about their food and their management! They were the best choice in my life, I can do my diet so easy with them and I don’t need to find time to cook or figure out where I should go to eat. Thank you so much! Kinga Szabo

The food is great. There is plenty of variety thru 40 different fresh meals which rotate. Delivery is efficient and reliable. Maria and Jeremy take great pride in their business and go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. I highly recommend Macro-Mediterranean to everyone.

Hooked on Macro-Mediterranean Food
I've been able to maintain my excellent health thanks to my vegetarian, natural, well-balanced diet. When I discovered Macro-Mediterranean several years ago, I was overjoyed because I was going to turn the cooking over to them, which was overwhelming. I knew I was going to be in good hands. Maria and Jeremy definitely were knowledgeable in the principles of good nutrition and had developed a unique way of cooking incorporating macrobiotics. I recently was out of the country for four months and I honestly have to say that what I miss the most was Maria and Jeremy's food. First thing I did when I set foot in my house was to place my order.

The food is excellent and the best part…
The food is excellent and the best part is that it is all prepared for you. All you have to do when you get your box is unpack, pick out what you want to eat that night and pop it in the microwave, (unless its a food which is served cold) Just put the other containers in the frig for when you are ready for the next one. And many can be frozen for later on. So easy especially when you get home exhausted from a long day at work and the last thing you want to do is cook, but you don't want to go out either. Very good... and very unique in that it is from a restaurant

Great service for busy freelancers who want delicious and healthy meals!
I'm a freelancer who works crazy hours. Sometimes it's hard to find time to shop and then prepare meals. As a result, I eat a lot of unhealthy takeout, which is just making me fat. Lol! I was happy to discover Macro Mediterranean because I've been a vegetarian/vegan for many years and wanted to explore mediterranean vegan cuisine. I've been using this service for three weeks now, and the meals have been delicious. It's so convenient to just pop an entree or two in my bag before I head to work or to heat one up whenever I get home. These meals are filling, and I don't snack as much. I'm already seeing great results in my slimming belly! Keep up the great work! I know I'll be using your services again!

Macro-Mediterranean is my dream come…
Macro-Mediterranean is my dream come true - organic, vegan, healthy, balanced food delivered to my door! No shopping! No cooking! Right there in my fridge! Ready to eat! Variety and no waste. And I love that their meals are listed on the MyFitnessPal app so I can track my nutritional intake. Having found Macro-Mediterranean has made my life healthier, easier and better! Who doesn’t want that!

Meals and Mission Triumph
This meal delivery service was created with me in mind, or so it seems. The first time I tried it to improve my blood pressure and high cholesterol readings, I met with such encouragement. My readings improved and the additional weight loss was a bonus. I was seeing a nutritionist and she ended up taking notes from my experience with Macro Mediterranean. The descriptions of the meals are so inviting and the photos on the website are very accurate. There's another added bonus. The staff are so responsive. When I asked for menus they arrived immediately. When I missed a deadline for ordering a simple phone call resulted in success. I am more than a satisfied customer, I am a fan.

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. I had seriously high hopes for this company as they are far closer to my home than the previous company I ordered from. First they advertise as having so many menu choices that you won't eat the same thing more than two or three times a year. How does that work when many of the portions are two servings, and I received two of each single serving entree? What in the world is pumpkin cream? And I have no idea why anyone would want to eat it. I thought the breakfast chi would be kind of an oatmeal type thing, which would be delicious. It's ends up being a drink and not a great one, especially hot. Most of the fabulous looking entrees on the website were not included in my order, and I paid full price. No Groupon for me. And for those trying to lose weight, having no nutritional information on the packaging (which I'm thinking is required by law) is a major problem. At least send a suggested menu as to what combinations constitute the advertised calorie count for the day. Having to go to the website, and often not finding the product or the product not having a calorie count, is a serious pain. Okay, so this was a $200 bust. I'm going back to the company in California that is cheaper and sends a different item for each meal. Oh, and their breakfast smoothies are delicious. Peace out.I am so disappointed.
