Great looking desk, doesn't work
The desk was well packaged but upon assembly 1 column did not work at all and made a rattling sound. A replacement is sent around 2 weeks later and installed along with a new "anti-collision' controler. Upon testing the other column immediately fails, exactly like the one that was replaced. At present I 'm waiting to hear back from customer support and cannot use the desk. Customer support has been responsive so far but I fear there is a recurring problem with the desk columns, mechanical by the sound of it. Either way, I'm starting to regret this purchase

Putting up another bad review of Maidesite DE's appaling customer service since it seems the first one didn't help them work this out.After almost a month I still have no news of the top that is missing from the desk I bought. I received a puny message saying that the FBA has been slow (and I didnt even buy off of Amazon!!!!!!!). They even sent me a print screen that they requested the top on the 6th of may (99% of it in chinese of course) as if I didnt believe them. Im done. I've requested a refund and lodged another complaint. I'm half expecting it'll take them another month just to get me the refund too. Hopefully the people that get it take this more seriously than the DE's appalling CS. All in all, DO NOT buy from this brand if you re buying from the EU/DE website, unless you like having to send multiple emails just for something to happen. A shame, really.

Great Desk
It's really sturdy, assembly is easy, the vintage wood is lovely and the speed of the motor is really good. Also great and friendly customer service; I had a minor issue with one of the parts and they shipped me a replacement the same day I contacted them. Love the desk so far!

Great desk, great value, timely shipment, website needs some work
I received the desk quickly and could more or less find what I was looking for, but the website is messy and does not have a smooth interface.There is also many grammatical errors when viewing the English version of the site. I think with some slight changes the website could be a 5/5.

Fast delivery, easy assembly (minus cord management and missing 2 pre drilled holes), super sturdy and looks good. Love it so far!

The desk broke after 1 month of usage :( I'm very frustrated. The desk is expensive and took a lot of labor to assemble. My happiness was short-lived.

I wish there was an option for zero
I wish there was an option for zero stars , that’s how awful these people are. I paid over $500 for this desk and waited for months to get a desktop that was not damaged. They were very difficult to get a hold of and finally when I was able to get a response they said they were unable to deliver a desktop NOT damaged and I would not be getting a refund. I know for fact they get reimbursed by the delivery company for damages. What a terrible company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Good product, poor customer service
The desk came on time and was easy enough to put together. It works without issue. My poor rating is that my desk arrived damaged in a very beat up and broken box. I submitted a notice to customer service with photos and have not received a response in over a week. Also the letter in the box had spelling errors and was grammatically bad.

The table works fine and is a good size…
The table works fine and is a good size for 2 monitors. The only complaint I have is that it came with the table top a bit chipped in one place - the siding was detached a bit.
