DO NOT SHOP with this company
Absolutely rubbish customer service.One month later still haven’t received my order. Customer service is non existent. No reply to emails .Now have to try get the Money back from my credit card

Absolute disgrace of a company
Absolute disgrace of a company. I have been waiting for a refund for six weeks and no matter how many times I email I either get no response or someone asking for the order number just to fob me off. Do not buy from them!

Joke!
Impossible to contact customer services, seriously delayed order received with the wrong size as I was departing to to the airport. Phone numbers are not in use, they do not read emails/messages…. Terrible experience, keep away. Ruined my present for my boy. Totally, utterly useless.

Wrong sized item delivered, late, and the delivery was held at a post office because there was a surcharge to pay having already paid for delivery. Contacted customer service to ask for help to resolve and received no reply.I won’t buy from here again

I ordered a suit and on the day that I expected delivery, I received a message that they refunded me the money. No explanation or contact as to why I didn't receive my suit for father's day.Poor experience.

Delivery was due 19th may. I have not received any emails from you. Also only the joggers has been delivered and I am still awaiting delivery of the shorts which was on the same order.

Very disappointing
1) for 21st century, it took ages to ship my shirt2) once it arrived, it was without any packaging. Just a shirt thrown into a Royal Mail bag3) the shirt had obvious yellow stains around the neck. it was disgusting.4) sent an email asking for return, and for them to pay for it, since it's not my fault5) after 1 week, no reply. I decided to return it and pay for it.6) now waiting for a refund. lets see

Extremely poor communication
I never received any feedback or communication to what was happening with my order. Only communication was after the delivery date had lapsed and I emailed to enquire, that was later emailed a refund email stating I would be refunded within 10 days.This is not good customer service in my opinion. I will think twice before trusting in ordering stuff from this site due to this failure in communication. It could of been an easy fix of ordering something different and pay the difference for example but due to the poor way if being handled, I'm left with no choice but to take my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the order
Very disappointed with the order, I ordered small size ended up getting medium size. Took it to Bradford Shop to return it. Shop was close, mobile number displayed on door to contact. Rang several times but no answer left message to contact me. I had no contact to this day. I got email to return to Bradford shop, I sent is First class, still waiting to hear from them.

I ordered via love the sales said my item was gonna be arriving the Thursday well by the Saturday heard nothing I tried emailing maison threads it said there email was non existent I got threw to love the sales they emailed me back and said they will look into it for me they come back and said my item was out of stock I had no communication from maison threads if I was an old person that couldn’t email I would be waiting there for an order never coming with no one telling me

Your asking how my order is? It still has not.been received. This was ordered 2 weeks ago. I ordered 2 tops off another site at the same time through LTS and came after 4 days. Tried to call number on website and it's not recognised.
