First time author and I chose Maplewood Publications after looking at other publishing companies. I am glad that I did. Chris and Jerry did an excellent job getting my book published and launched walking me through the process. Chris has been especially helpful throughout the process.
I want to give the highest praise and regards to Trevor, Liam, Christopher and Adam in making sure my manuscript would not only be edited correctly but also creating an outstanding cover. 👍
I am a novice, with no name and no platform, a retired law enforcement officer who was searching the internet for a publishing company to help me publish a sports history novella. I came across Maplewood Publications and reached out to them. I first spoke with trevor. He was patient, listened to what I wanted to accomplish, asked a few questions to understand what he would need to do to help me, explained the services they offered (cover design, manuscript editing and formatting, ISBN assignment, publishing, making the book available on Amazon's KDP platform, and then marketing, etc.). We then discussed my budget and I told him what services I wanted. He quoted me a fair price and we agreed. Trevor told me that my project manager would be Matt and that Matt would be calling me; which he did within the hour. Matt and Trevor were what made Maplewood a five star experience for me. I am older, sevent seven years, do not hear well and am not tech savy. Matt was so patient with me. There were times I would get upset and yes, I was not always as patient with Matt as he was with me. Matt maintained his professionalism, worked through each of my problems, largely my not understanding the process, continued to make adjustments until I was satisfied with the cover, allowed me to make several changes in the manuscript I had submitted to him, and has now brought the project to a suscessful completetion. The book has been accept and approved for publication by Amazon and will soon be available across all Amazon platforms. The e-book is next. I recommend Maplewood, especially for the novice author like me.
