First Time Using Mark's Tickets (awesome experience)

By far the most inexpensive tickets I found for Kenny Chesney in Denver and I received my tickets within 20 minutes and placed them right in my Apple Wallet. Huge Fan of Mark's Tickets now.

Very deceiving site

Very deceiving site. Hides all the fees until AFTER your credit card info is populated. Avoid.

SUPERIOR Customer Service

Superior Customer Service. Previously posted one star review and have come back to humbly correct that after the owner of the company contacted me and went out of his way to correct a problem that turned out to be Ticketmaster and not Mark’s Tickets at all. Once the issue was identified, Marks tickets worked for a couple weeks to remedy it which didn’t seem to be an easy task. I VERY MUCH appreciate that level of customer service and Marks Tickets VERY MUCH is a five star company!

I got the tickets!

I purchased Luke Combs tickets.My tickets were promised to me via email on 10/19/22On Thursday 10/20/22 and still don’t have tickets. I called yesterday and they told me I will get tickets that day. I received tickets 6 hours before event. They were good seats, not what I ordered, but we enjoyed show immensely!

Tickets not as desribed, no customer service

Made a ticket purchase but afterwards discovers that the ticket are not for the category that they showed in. No way to talk to anyone to get them to correct issue. Same tickets still for sale in wrong/misleasding category. called 4 times and could not get through to person, just told to call back closer to event, which is in 3 months2/2022 UPDATE SURPRISE NO TICKETS...

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!! I traveled to attend a game and could not download ticket and called ahead of time to solve this issue and was unsuccessful. I could not enter for the game and spent 200+ dollars on one ticket. I would never use this site ever again. Customer service said they would call back and never did. I received an email the day after the event. So ridiculous.

Fantastic …for a…

Stub hub had only garbage tickets…for a small markup I got front row through markstickets. E-tickets were delivered in 20 minutes and everyone at the stadium was like “whoa how did you get those seats.”

You cannot get through by phone to this…

You cannot get through by phone to this company. They will not respond to an email. The voucher they gave me for reds tickets that I purchased last year expired yesterday. They were charging me 24$ a ticket to try and purchase new tickets. At the time they would not refund me my money which I was ok with, thinking I would purchase other tickets not knowing they were price gouging on fees.Once I was contacted by the company this was resolved very quickly and they were very helpful. Thank you.

Bad Customer Service experience

I purchased tickets in January to attend a Lakers game in mid-March. Of course, due to covid-19, the game was cancelled. In July I was informed that I would be getting a refund. However, I was told the amount was going to be minus a "delivery fee". That information was never revealed to me BEFORE I bought the tickets! I purchased them on the phone with a representative and I was sent 3 confirmation emails, and NONE of them mentioned anything about a delivery fee that would be deducted in the event of a refund! When I reached out to customer service to inform them that I deserved a full refund because I was never notified of a delivery fee deduction, here is the response I received "Thank you very much for your inquiry. We would not reiterate our cancellation policies in emails that are simply confirming your order or providing you with delivery instructions. However, they were reiterated where necessary, such as in the postponement and eventually, cancellation emails." Legitimate business lets the customer know of all possible return fees AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE! Not "reiterated" in future "postponement and eventually, cancellation emails"! I will not be using Marks Tickets again and would caution anyone based on how they got over regarding the delivery fee.

This company has no idea what they are doing. Every employee has attitude and you will literally receive a different response from each individual. Very unprofessional. Would not reccomend to an enemy.

Customer Sevice took a minute, but came around ❤

UPDATE: 4-16-20Today my credit card was credited with the amount I spent on the CMA festival tickets. I am changing my review from a 1 star to 4 star. I very much appreciate Marks Tickets recognizing that these are unprecedented times and they have my utmost respect. Thank you. Spent $1490.00 on CMA festival tickets. Event was canceled due to COVID-19. But Mark's Tickets is claiming that it is "postponed" until June 2021 so they don't have to refund. It's an annual event, the June 2021 CMA festival was already planned, it's not postponed, it's canceled for 2020. The majority of ticket agencies are giving customers the option to refund or keep the seats for next year. Very frustrating that Mark's Tickets is conducting business in this manner.Edit after response:If the CMA fest 2020 event is "rescheduled" for June 2021... when is the CMA fest 2021?Rescheduled means moved to a new date....so is there now 2 CMA festival in June 2021??? No matter how you try to word it, the CMA fest for 2020 is NOT happening which means it is CANCELLED. Shame on your business for not refunding your customers' money. Especially in a time such as this pandemic. Terrible business practice.

Covid caused a show I had tickets to be postponed for A YEAR and they will not refund. No offer to pick a different show or a credit voucher. Not to mention the price gouging that occurred at original purchase. Will not use this service again!

I purchased tickets from this website, never got my tickets

I purchased tickets from this website, I never received the tickets. I had to purchase new tickets at the box office, with higher price.The refund from MArk's tickets took for ever, I had to call a couple of times with long waiting time...I lost too much time and got into the event after it had started because of all the time I waited.
