Terrible dilemma. Having been insured for Landlords…

Having been insured for Landlords insurance through them I moved across to Alan Boswell in October in 2024, as Mashroom suggested. However I had an ongoing claim which Alan Boswell want nothing to do with, stating Mashroom required any concerns be directed back to them and having established my excess has been returned to AXIS insurance (start of May 2025), want my excess back. I am unable to find any way of contacting Mushroom to get my payment returned. Terrible dilemma.

Mashroom Selling products not fit for purpose.

Mashroom - learn to respect your customer base and ensure the products you sell are fit for purpose.I had been a follower of Mashroom for several years. However I was sold Home Emergency Insurance for a few properties which included Door locks and Keys.However when I received an call from a tenant of keys breaking and lock issues in the main uPVC front door I called on the insurance company to rectify.They did not and claimed it was not an emergency even though Door locks and keys were evidenced and included in their insurance policy.I asked Mashroom to refund me which they declined.I will no longer purchase anything from Mashroom and advise you do not purchase any Insurance from Mashroom either.
