As a first-timer trying Meal Prep Sunday, I honestly didn’t know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The ordering process was straightforward, and everything was clearly labeled, which made it easy to pick meals that fit my goals.When I opened the meals, they looked fresh and well-portioned. After heating them up, the food didn’t taste “mass-produced” like I feared. The protein portions were generous, the rice wasn’t dry, and the vegetables still had texture. Everything felt balanced and satisfying without being overly heavy.As someone new to meal prep services, I appreciated how convenient it was no grocery shopping, no cooking, no cleaning. I’m in my late 20s and am very career driven at the moment and often don’t have time to cook. Starting my subscription with meal prep sunday has been pretty impactful and am extremely satisfied! the meals are really tasty and has been such a lift off my back to have meals ready to go for the week. I’m doing 10 meals per week and it is pretty comparable to what i spent on groceries prior but the meals are so well balanced/ i’m hitting my nutrition goals consistently now

I really liked the quality/taste of the food. I just didn't like the fact that if a meal is not available, they automatically chose a meal for you at random. There is however an option to not substitute without authorization. I did not know about this feature till I talked to customer service member Sabrina (which was very nice btw). Overall, it was a good week so far. Thinking of weather I should continue or not.

We are loving meal Prep Sunday! My husband and I both work full time, and we get pretty busy to plan and make dinner. Meal Prep Sunday has helped us greatly. The food arrives every Sunday in an ice packed bag, and ready to eat. My husband is extremely picky when it comes to food, and he calls these meals “gourmet, restaurant quality food”. The meals are delicious. I’ve recommended this plan to my family and friends. Real time saver, and the food is always full of flavor and a great selection to choose from.

I am so glad I found Meal Prep Sunday! I just recently started making lifestyle changes, including eating healthier and exercising, and these meals have been a lifesaver! The food is very delicious and tastes like home cooking. I don't have to worry about skipping breakfast because I'm too busy since all I have to do is heat up some chorizo and egg breakfast tacos, which are to die for, or their delicious protein pancakes, and I'm set! It beats having to cook separately for myself when I'm making dinner, and it's so much less stressful.I tried their juices as part of a reward I received, because you get one each time you order, and they are so good that I added 5 to my next subscription. The ghost pepper juice has to be my favorite! I loved them so much, I added them to my subscription!You have the option to change your plan, choose the meals you want, and add extras to your next order through their easy to use portal. Their customer service is on point, and you get to talk to real people for answers to your questions!I'm down 5 pounds since starting with them because I have more time to plan and do my workouts since I don't have to worry about meal prep. I'm so glad I found them!

I had a really disappointing experience with Sunday Meals. My recent order included the wrong meals, and several of them smelled bad — clearly spoiled. I had to throw some of them away for safety reasons, and only a few remained in my fridge.When I contacted customer service, they told me they wouldn’t offer a refund or replacement because I didn’t take pictures of everything. I explained that I threw some meals out because they were inedible, but they still refused to help. It feels like they care more about sticking to a policy than making things right for paying customers.I used to enjoy their service, but after this experience and the lack of accountability, I won’t be ordering again — and I don’t recommend them unless you’re okay with receiving spoiled or wrong meals and being blamed for it.
I ordered a specific selection of 15 meals that I carefully chose and paid for. However, the company later sent me a second shipment with meals I did not select or authorize — including items I never eat, like breakfast options I never asked for. The website did not make it clear that they would automatically continue the subscription or choose flavors for me without my approval. This violates California consumer protection laws (§ 17500, § 17602, § 17200).I tried to resolve this directly, but I am not satisfied with how the company handled it. I know several other people who had the exact same issue. I strongly warn other customers to read the fine print carefully and be aware of this misleading practice. I am also seeking a full refund for the unauthorized shipment and plan to file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General if this is not resolved fairly.

And they have the audacity to claim it's normally worth $200? Babe, this isn't gourmet. It's barely cafeteria. This is a $10 operation pretending to be Nobu.I placed my order after 10AM on Sunday. Fine. But when you boldly advertise same-day delivery for orders placed before 2PM and then ghost me until the next day? That’s not a mistake. That’s fraudulent advertising. Don't gaslight your customers with misleading claims. You’re not running a premium food service — you're running a digital bait-and-switch.Then comes the cherry on top: I get a chirpy little text telling me my food’s been delivered… only to find out, SURPRISE! It hasn’t. And not all of my meals are coming. So now I’m scrambling to buy lunch like it’s a normal Tuesday. I paid you so I wouldn’t have to do that, remember?Let’s also talk about the meal selection. You chose things I didn’t want duplicates of. This isn’t some cute “chef’s choice” mystery box — I paid for specific meals. If you run out, ask me. Don’t just throw in rando substitutes like I’m on an airplane.And no, you didn’t ask what I wanted in place of the missing meals. Because why offer basic human decency when you can just dump leftovers and vanish?This whole operation is an overpriced, underdelivering, gaslighting mess. I’m disputing the charge and getting my money back. You’ll be lucky if all I leave is this review.Trash service. Dishonest advertising. Mediocre food. No accountability.Do better — or at least stop pretending you're premium when you're barely passable.
Love their meals, been ordering for over a year now! Always come on Sunday and have great options. Being able to track my macros has been so easy.
