Had no problems I bought a stratus 10,000LBs floor plate two post had some issues but Rudy,Suzzie from stratus equipment took care of everything have theLift for 3 years if anyone has problems call Suzzie at Stratus Equipment.

At this point reading even more reviews this company is a scam not only did I dispute the CC charge iam going to find these crooks and deal with them in a way they wont forget ... I traced there line back and know the home address of the crooks they screwed up and left a gap big enough to find them Now street justice will be used..

MECHANIC OUTLET AND CLICKLEASE ARE A SCAM!!! BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM MECHANIC OUTLET OR USE CLICKLEASE LLC FOR TERMS. MECHANIC OUTLET IS NO LONGER ANSWERING CALLS OR EMAILS. I PAID THEM OVER 3,000 DOLLARS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY EQUIPMENT.

Something shady is going on!
I first contacted Mechanic outlet back in late June to order my lift. Everything seemed to be going well and they said 1 to 2 weeks was the estimated shipping time. When week 2 had passed i contacted them and they said they were having freight issues that it would be shipped in a few days. The same process continue to occur over the next couple weeks and i still received nothing. It has now been 6 weeks and i still have not received anything. They have stopped answering my calls or voicemails since about a week ago and i can no longer get a hold of them. After seeing other similar posts i feel that indeed this is some type of scam and have contacted my credit card company and BBB. Buyers beware!

Beware buyers I have not received my product, and all communication has stopped from Mechanic Outlet. Also noticed that one of the good reviews they have is from one of their own employees. To make matters worse one of their reps uses a Google voice number which is not a good sign.They are no longer responding to calls or emails. I am going to contact the BBB and all other entities as this has gone on long enough.

Not what I was hoping for
Everything seemed ok over the phone. Nice guy to talk to but then everything went south from there. Communication is non existent. No one will answer the phone, email or return a call. I honestly believe this “mechanicoutlet” is a scam and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Sad to see companies operate or lack there of, in this manner.Update: I had to call the credit company to dispute the charge, of which i never approved. Still no contact from Rudy after multiple times reaching out to him. The main number does not work. Seems very sketchy to me. Not good business practices. Dropped my credit score by more than 30 points for a purchase I didn’t authorize.

Buying the lift was so easy
Buying the lift was so easy. Getting it installed is a different story. Was told installer was busy and then going on vacation. So I waited over 2 weeks. Was supposed to be installed today. Made many calls to verify that it would be installed. Finally after my last phone call at 1130 I was told it wouldn’t be installed today. Not real happy. I had to make all the calls. Scheduled work light today to make it easier for installers. Cost me money today. Let’s see if they show up on Wednesday. I’m not to optimistic

the whole process was horrible
i am revising my original review this company is a joke they put in my order it was wrong when it came in late and they then told me it would cost me an extra 280 to get the correct parts not sure how you can place an order and then the same order 10 days later cost more they are not a business i will ever deal with again
