Yes there is a lot of supporting/credentialling documents required to be submitted but this is the standard for most agencies.
Medacs are an excellent recruitment company and that is why I am giving it a five star review. Their compliance managers support you till the last minute until you arrive in the Middle East. However they have absolutely no control over what happens afterwards. It is not in their hands. Saudi Arabia is now officially launching Sulaudization campaign. My sincere advice to the doctors who go to Saudi Arabia via Medacs is:1. Do not resign from your previous job if you are going to Saudi Arabia.2. Do NOT move your family with you initially. Go on a single visa. When a Saudi comes, any UK national doctor can be asked to go back to the UK with your family no matter what your circumstances are. So play safe. I think Medacs International in future must give this advice to the doctors going to Saudi Arabia. It is their ethical duty. It is a new thing so in the past if they did not warn, it is OK but in future they must warn the recruits only for Saudi Arabia not for other middle eastern countries. Saudi Arabia employers do NOT honour the hardwork made by Medacs people. I must say that the middle east recruiting team are extremely robust and efficient. Thanks to them.
Medacs is a masterclass in dishonesty, forcing you to sign contracts after starting work and paying you less than promised. They tried to pocket money meant for their workers, only caught when the hospital intervened. They break promises about transportation and leave you stranded, forcing you to pay your own way home. Their communication? Nonexistent—unless it’s the hospital calling, then they’re suddenly available. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Medacs at all costs. You'll thank me for not getting tangled up with them.
