Brett Cotter's Stress Stopper Meditation
I listened to Brett Cotter's Stress Stopper Meditation and after following along I noticed at the beginning I was saying "I'm okay" kind of fast. After a few minutes and getting deeper breaths, I noticed I was saying it slower. I've been severely stressed out lately, so I felt it was a good idea to listen to this video. I'm glad I did. I feel more calm and less tired. I feel that this technique would be helpful for people having a panic attack.

Meditation University was an excellent course program to become certified in meditation practices by an accredited affiliate. The course was self-paced which was perfect for my busy lifestyle but still able to keep me on course with the assignments and practices!

Great beginner course…Meditation Fundamentals
I feel that the Meditation Fundamentals is a well thought out course for the beginner. It is broken down into easily digestible segments, explained in a clear and calm manner. Once explained we then practiced what we learned.

Truly worth it!
I've been meditating for most of my life. I was honestly at first looking for the simplest way to get some sort of certification as a meditation teacher. So I took the Meditation Masterclass. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that I actually had quite a bit to learn from this course! It is taught in a very simple and humble way. I highly recommend it!

An enjoyable experience, would recommend. This course has the basics of meditation to start up a good practice. As an intro course, it's great. There isn't too much info on when we have difficulties with the practice or how to convert our knowledge into clients, which would be great info to have in this kind of course.

This was a really nice class, with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor. I recommend it to anyone dipping their toes into the idea of teaching meditation. While the course introduced many topics on a more broad level, I really appreciate all of the extra bonus material and resources provided. Anyone who wants to take things to the next level has plenty of material to access to continue learning, and to find their niche.

Very clear instructions on meditation. I liked the break down of the different types of meditation with practicing of each. The questions throughout were mindful. Overall a good beginner course for meditation. I will go over the different types again to practice and get a better feel of each.

I have just completed four techniques and was shocked at how mindfulness breathing relaxed me so much. Loving this course. Inhabiting the body feels like I am giving my brain a work out and letting thoughts not needed at this moment move on! Broad mindfulness was exhilarating.
