My experience
I send a big refrigerator to my sister in Cuba through MerKuba Panama. They was informed me since they were packing my refrigerator until arrived to Cuba by messages photos and videos. The blocking is in Aduana de Cuba, a very bad institution that is malfunctioning like all in Cuba. There are a time lapse that you do not can tracking your package since arriving to Cuba until Aduana review the packages can pass 3 to 4 weeks. If you text an automatic message appear in 2 or 3 days. But the Company MerKuba is 100 per cent confiable.
