Behavioral leadership coaching with clear ROI
This coaching approach aligns with my personal values regarding leadership. It is straight forward, measurable and guarantees success. Leaders in the corporate world look for an ROI, this method delivers. I am glad I chose MGSCC over the many approaches and unis I looked at. Very hands-on and the courses itself lived up to my expectations entirely. Can only recommend it.

Amazing learning experience connecting with great professionals
Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching training is a great learning opportunity. Beyond acquiring knowledge on a proven and impactful methodology, it helps coaches at any level refine their own value proposition and connect with deep core principles to help leaders and make their progress visible. Another key element is the MGSCC team, who are outstanding at making sure attendants make the most of the experience.

It is rare to come across a training…
It is rare to come across a training that is so practically applicable to real-world client and market needs, and is taught in a way that is clear and actionable. I loved not only the methodology and its explanation, but the additional training on how to adapt the methodology to multiple use cases while maintaining integrity and value of the service to the client. The group training atmosphere was engaging, collegial, and fun! Brandon, Cristina, Diana, Laura, Marcela and Maria provided a seamless experience. I'd very much recommend this training as I think it's teaching a method, skill, and system that any leader, organization, and coach can benefit from.

A coaching methodology that has raises the bar and can be tracked
They are providing a coaching methodology where everyone benefits which includes and not limited to the leader being coached, their colleagues and the entire company. More importantly, it can be tracked rather than just feeling good about coaching which is hard to measure.

This company delivers on it's promise. They give ample time in the certification to focus on business skills needed to build a coaching business, including discussion on practically applying the information provided. That sets this organization apart.I walked away from the 4 day program with a clear vision of how I could build a business. Actionable Coach Training Experience
I recently completed the four-day certification to become a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. I had participated in a more traditional approach to leadership coaching, but this really blew me away.This workshop was packed with short teaching sections, lots of discussion and lots of interactive practice using the Stakeholder Centered Coaching approach. Brandon kept the pace moving and held our attention really well. Can't wait to start using what I learned in a business environment to help successful leaders get even better. And I believe, too, that everyone deserves a Stakeholder Centered leader.

Great experience with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching
I just completed a 4-day intensive workshop with MGSCC. This is step 2 toward my certification in this powerful coaching framework. I have experienced a number of workshops of this type. I can say unequivocally that this was, hands down, the best. It was informative, engaging, challenging, and fun. Brandon and his team are very skilled in delivering this material in a way that makes you think and makes it stick. I highly recommend this program!
