Absolute terrible company. There is a reason people buy from Amazon and other large companies versus these small, dying brands. I hope nothing but the worst for these people.
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Terrible customer service. Will not issue a refund for a pair of cleats that did not fit and were barely tried on and then sending a bogus picture of a clear with grass on the bottom! They are thieves and a hoax! Don’t order from here unless you want to throw money away!
Fast shipping and great selection of products
Loved the Nike golf shirt in ordered; however, as is often the case with Nike, the fit was off-not Midway’s fault. Did not seek refund but rather exchange for larger size. Customer service declined because it was longer than 14 days. What reputable company has a less than 30 day return policy. After reading reviews, looks like I am not the only one.
I am still waiting to receive the "Unique Refund Transaction ID" for order #134563 placed on 01/10/2026. Since you have told me you processed the refund? I need this information to work with my credit card company to find out why I never received the refund. Thanks
Better than what I expected
Ordered a wheel kit which was an addition to the barbell stand rack. It’s shown on my emailed receipt that it was ordered. I understand if it was misplaced in packaging. I’d at least like my money back if you aren’t going to ship it out. After 3 attempts at emailing someone and no answer, I’m a little upset.
Product is just as described. Great quality and service.
Reservice and great prices
I ordered 2 pair golf shoes December 2. Canceled order via email and phone message December 13 because order never shipped and I was able to find merchandise elsewhere.The recording on the business phone says to leave a message and a customer service rep will get back with you in 24-48 hours. Never happened. It's now January 29 - 6 weeks after I canceled order. I've sent 3 emails and left 3 messages to cancel order. Have never heard back from Midway Sports, never received any merchandise, and never been refunded the $339.14 charged to my card. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my out of pocket cost. I understand that Christmas is a busy time of year and they may be short staffed, but this has been long enough to resolve.I would consider Midway Sports a DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS.
Different kind of review… I ordered a jacket, but learned the next day the coach ordered jackets for the team. The Midway staff were quick and prompt to issue me a refund on request with no hassle. I even received a follow up phone call from a customer service staffer to confirm the refund!

I placed a order and never received any tracking information and then I started emailing them and after 1 response I never heard anything after. It's 10days later since I placed my order and still haven't received any information or email responses.This is really a horrible way to treat customers or is it a scam?
Received my items, which now I’m thinking they are not real Nike products. I’ve called(customer service is closed) emailed and used their chat on the website. Zero response. All I want is a refund. I do not need these items.

Update: Do not be fooled by their reply! They "resent" a refund notification aka actually initiated a refund exactly 4 minutes prior to their response below. If you've had the misfortune of experiencing something similar, it seems public shaming here or with the BBB is the only way to get any sort of response. To the person from Midway writing these responses: shame on you for making it sound like customer error in checking our emails when in fact your company doesn't initiate refunds & ignores all emails from US. Tell your people to actually respond to my messages. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered #130619 on Dec 14, no shipping details for a whole week, and no reply to my email asking for an update despite their policy saying that they'd reply within 24 hours during their work week. On Dec 28 I got a message saying the item was out of stock due to "inventory dispersion from ongoing sales" and offered a replacement or a refund. I replied within the hour saying to refund me ASAP, and they ignored me. Ironically got a response to my initial email from Dec 20 on Dec 31, which pointed me to the email they sent on Dec 28 (and ignored my response to said email). Tried calling their customer service phone number, and it's disconnected "due to the holidays." THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! Filed a BBB complaint this morning. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Never received order #130746, minimal response, after numerous emails, and voicemails. I got an email stating item out of stock, to pick something else. I don’t want anything else, just my refund. No response! Wish I had read reviews before ordering. They take your money quickly, even if items not available.
I honestly had a great experience. Everything arrived on time, no payment issues, and I called and spoke to Chanel who was really helpful answering my questions about what of my orders. Will order from them again. Thanks!
