I would like to say Mi Papaya is my trusted page for sending money. They are very communicative with the clients sending emails notifying in which part of the process is your transaction. Very helpful and efficient customer services. Rates and commissions are the lowest in the market. Im so thankful and happy to be a client from many years ago. I use Papaya every 2 weeks and it is easy, my family receive the funds directly to the Venezuelan account in less of 2 hrs, I am very satisfied with their service, I recommend highly.

Send monies, then ID, then they close your account
I signed up for an account got to send money once, then they asked for identification to send money again. after they received my identification they replied back with "my account was canceled and closed."my concern which i am going to be bringing up to the U.S. attorney general, U.S. treasury, FCC and banking authorities, is, one: that this company is using American citizens identifications to black market and launder monies in Venezuela, which is not that uncommon. Two: why are they canceling accounts after receiving U.S. Identifications, what is this company doing with these identifications?what can this company do better...eliminate the no english excuse by your customer service reps, your in a predominately english based country with free access to english classes. next stop canceling accounts that send monies to family and loved ones somewhere you do business that has social and economic hardship. vet people that send large amounts of cash daily! $1000 daily? come on?!? thats a red flag!stop canceling accounts that send monies in small quantities of $500 monthly. which im sure the U.S. treasury, Secret service and other Authorities would love to hear why this is going on!

Very easy to use! The transaction is really quick. People in your country get the money automatically in less that 2 hours sometimes less. I’m so happy to send money to my country Venezuela with papaya,com. They send you notifications if the money is behind and also they send you the receipt when the transaction was delivered. Great service!!!

Very Useful App
I have used this app four times, and the objective of this app is to transfer money overseas, directly to the account of a person. This is great, and very helpful, because it is hard to give money in the currency of the destination country, like Venezuela, and I think that transferring money to Venezuela is not easy, even for Mi Papaya.
