Mission Loans sent paper mail to my home and intentionally used the envelope window to make it appear that the letter came from my actual mortgage lending bank.I do not have a loan with Mission and I have no idea how they got such detailed information about my existing mortgage. I am completely disgusted that they would try to mislead a homeowner, especially to get a disabled veteran to refinance to a higher APR, for Mission's own financial benefit.

The “team” were knowledgeable and when we emailed we would get a return email promptly. All the money figures quoted stayed exactly the same through the process of the loan. There were no surprises or changes in the information. I would highly recommend this company
Enrique Corona made our experience great. Faced with an uneducated Appraiser - not at all familiar with historic restorations and use of reclaimed materials, Enrique successfully managed the process. Available 24/7, always answered by text, email or cell. Very thorough explaining each step of process. We felt as if Enrique represented us instead of Mission.
I highly recommend Mission Loans for your lending needs. Zack and William went above the call of duty to get my loan approved, and completed. After being denied by so many others due to either their underwriting or list of rules needed to qualify , Mission stepped up to the plate and made it happen.
