My original order did not come. After a month of no show, I emailed customer support about the issue. Gabriel got in touch with me, checked tracking, and resend my order with an added gift, which came promptly. I am very happy with the perfume I received. As they were able to right the wrong, I will be ordering from them again.
Had an issue with the delivery, I think Usps list it, Mixperfume immediately corrected it, sent the product again and even a little extra gift!!!
I was upset that my Coco Parfum wasn't received in a timely mannerI had ordered it well ahead of the holidays but the post office held up the shipping--it was not the fault of Mixperfume. They resolved the issue and although I was out of state at Christmas it was here when I returned, along with two nice samples. Thank you!
The overall experience was good, timeliness of delivery, good communication and ease of ordering however the sample was very disappointing. I ordered New York Bond No. 9 and it has no notes of patchouli which is typically woodsy and earthy. Not happy.

Slight mixup on the quantities of fragrances I ordered but they were quick to make things right and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and you can't beat the prices of the fragrances they have

I'm a little cautious of this place now. I purchased some samples first to see what the service would be like given it was my first purchase and the main scent I wanted wasn't sent - another random fragrance was sent instead. I reached out via the contact form with no response. I reached out via chat where they said the replacement would be sent and I haven't gotten any confirmation or tracking info. I reached out via email and no response. I can't say I would recommend given the customer service and product accuracy is poor. I wouldn't trust making a $300+ purchase on a fragrance with them.

I was very unhappy with my product. I reviewed and explained why I was unhappy. Nobody responded to me.Now I'm even more unhappy.Don't ask for reviews if you're not going to respond to customer's problems. I am now an ex customer.ETA: I read your response, which was the first I've gotten since my complaint. I did not receive any emails with a return sticker. Even if I had, I wouldn't have been able to do anything with it, since I can't print stickers from my email. I checked my spam folder to see if these emails got diverted. The only things in my spam folder are promotional ads for mix perfume.
This is my go-to for trying perfumes. Affordable, convenient, and always a great experience. Highly recommend!
