Most terrible shop
Most terrible shop, took my galaxy mobile in for repair, and they fitted a new charging socket, which lasted 2.5 weeks, I took it back and they refused to do anything about it, UNPROFESSIONAL-UNHELPFUL and terrible workmanship or sub standard parts used. obviously i'll never go back there again

Maidstone store
Maidstone store. I had a 'messages' problem with my mobile. The man in the shop was very helpful. Immediately explained how to resolve the problem without cost. I have used this branch before with an equally successful outcome.

Ashford store repair my Sony Xperia XZ premium screen for me. probably know it went wrong after it got fixed which was my fault but they sorted it for me they really went the extra mile I will definitely recommend them thank you ever so much for your time and help., good people

Pony!
I paid £25 for a screen saver to be fitted by the store using a special machine. Got a receipt only because I paid by card and asked for the receipt. One week later the screen saver is coming away . Back to the shop with phone and receipt "can't help mate, need to fit another and it'll be £25". What a poor original job, clearly no warrant of any sort and rubbish customer service. Highstreet robbery!

Poor attitude overall poor experience wi
Asked for some assistance with my phone couldn’t fix it, took it gone repaired it myself a week later! In the interim brought a phone to use from them for £100 and wouldn’t refund or exchange! Poor performance, poor attitude, poor experience
