Can't believe someone said "FAST"...I ordered a GPU power cable from MODDIY on Feb. 5th. Their website did inform that any custom item would not ship until after the Chinese New Year--but the item I ordered did say IN STOCK. On Feb. 25th I emailed them, where is my order? and they replied about it saying any orders not in stock during the CNY would not be actioned until after CNY --Feb 6th to 26th!! yet later that day I got an email telling me my item had SHIPPED. Okay--now today--March 7th!! I checked their website and it says my order is being PREPARED!!The real kicker is that when I ordered the item I include a note telling them I need this item and asking politely that they send it at the earliest...NEVER AGAIN!

Fast response and actually had some of the random hard to get cables I couldn't find anywhere else for a Thunderbolt4 EXT header which you can't even get on the manufacturer website. Highly recommended for specialized needs with fairly reasonable prices.

I ordered some PCIE connectors to put on my damaged power cables. A week later and it still says packing? Now after ignoring me they say some chinese new year garbage will mean I must wait several weeks before it gets shipped out. They say the web site said I would need to wait several weeks. No chance it said that. It also is not a custom cable nor did it say out of stock. I would never use this garbage company again. They have no respect for their customers time. I have a rig down, it has been down for a week. Now I have to order from some one else. And since they are now once again ghosting me after demanding my money back I will have to go to the bank and demand a charge back. Which they will initially refuse so I will have to harass the banking regulators until they get sick of my voice and order the bank to do the charge back. Avoid this company like the plague. They are dishonest, and have no respect for their customers time. They bring shame to themselves but since they have no self respect, they don't care.

This experience has been nothing but awesome, the night I ordered it was a Sunday but an hour later I had to change something , so I wrote an email and hour after that on a Sunday no less I got a reponse from Carrie asking what my issue was I told her she fixed it that night that is awesome customer service great communication and then I got my order in less than 2 weeks from China to USA In less than 2 weeks that is great from start to finish thanks again.
