The product was even better than expected. I was amazed with the quality of the product but to be honest even more with the customer service. I’m not gonna lie when I ordered I was a little skeptical of the company. Not many reviews and I’ve never heard of it but they really went above and beyond and my husband loves his birthday gift. Thank you so much guys we love it ❤️❤️

I got the 370Z Rear Outline LED Sign, and it’s easily the best piece of automotive art I own. While most car silhouettes are side-on, this rear view is exactly what makes the Z stand out. Company is a Fraud
My wife ordered one of these car wall art for me for Christmas. After the order went through, a fake tracking number was given. The tracking number said the package arrived, but it never did. Company stopped responding after the first exchange of email.

Buyer Beware
Placed an order for our son's birthday. While it arrived quickly it was missing the power adapter. We immediately contacted them and it turned into almost two months of automated AI responses and getting the run around. Finally made contact on Instagram as they have no phone number. So, they finally ship the missing part and then we got a bill from FedEx for shipping! So, we ended up paying for THEIR mistake. Also be advised this business is actually located in Turkey.

Bought last month a piece that was sent in 2 pieces. I reached out 5 times via email (only way to contact them) and no one cares to respond. Very disappointed with their customer service. Not buying again from this guy!!

I ordered both a neon light and the silohette.
I ordered both a neon light and the silhouette. The neon light has very weird transformer and unfortunately the plug-in is not for the United States, it is for a European country. They did send an adapter to make it work for United States electrical socket. Also, the silhouette is cheaply made ( less than 2mm thick ) and I’ve tried to return the silhouette . Modelo turbo will not return my emails requesting a return address to send the silhouette back!! The email written by Jessica said they do not have a return address for me so she emailed me telling me that they would have a “human agent”get back to me. I’ve never heard again from Jessica or a “Human agent” in over two weeks now . I’ve been sending them an email requesting anI’ve been sending them an email requesting a reply every other day for the last two weeks . If I had known this wasn’t made in the United States I wouldn’t have bought it. The products are actually made in Turkey, but the business appears to be in Delaware

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. My order arrived late and very damaged. I promptly sent photos to customer support and was assured I would have an escalated case to get it resolved. No response back in a month after numerous inquiries
