I purchased a bed sheet set but then realized it would be in in time for the occasion. I reached out to them asking to cancel and refund my purchase and within an hour they emailed me back with and invoice of my refund and my card was refunded few days later. I was very impressed and satisfied with their customer service. I will definitely buy from them.

Shipping was quick, and the pieces were packed with care—no damage, no drama.I love how their designs strike that perfect balance between modern and cozy. On July 1st, I purchased the Mira lamp (650 €) from their website. A month later, I received a box with hundreds of loose pieces—broken, incomplete, and impossible to assemble, with missing parts. After repeatedly contacting them by email, they finally sent me a second lamp, which I received around September 1st.The issue: this second lamp was not even the product I had purchased. It was a completely different model, much smaller, clearly cheaper, and nothing like the original lamp I ordered. To make matters worse, it doesn’t work. My electrician installed it properly on the wall: the transformer shows a green light, so it receives power, but none of the LEDs ever turn on.In conclusion: after two shipments I am still left without a functional lamp, stuck with an incorrect and defective product, and a customer service team that has simply stopped replying.Modern Space Living is not a trustworthy website: they misrepresent products, send cheaper substitutes, and provide no real solution to the customer. A complete scam.It is a real pity that Trustpilot does not allow me to upload photos here, because I have documented everything. I sent all the photos as proof directly to Modern Space Living, and they clearly show the condition of the products I received.
We ordered a chandelier from this company for a sloped ceiling. When it became clear that the appropriate hardware was not included in the shipment they responded that "it’s usually best to use a universal sloped ceiling adapter. These are widely available online or at local hardware stores in various styles, and are typically compatible for secure installation on angled ceilings. Hope this helps." Unfortunately the threading on their fixtures does not match any type of adapter available in the US at a typical hardware store or, more significantly at the two light supply stores we visited. This has turned out to be very bad experience and we are left not knowing how we'll be able to install the chandelier after weeks of trying to communicate with the company
After carefully reviewing USA based distributors for a China made indoor ceiling light, I chose Modern Space Living based out of California. Communication before and during the sale was great. After DHL mis-delivered the package and providing customer control of the claim to Modern Space Living, everything has gone down hill!Be very careful of purchasing from any USA distributor and are simply 'middle men' firms for Chinese companies! In my experience none of them care about the customer once they have your money!
Customer service is exceptional. I had several questions before and after purchasing light fixtures and the response time was very quick and efficient. Shipping was also very quick. Thank you for providing such excellent service!
