I received my products from MooGoo. It was a quick delivery, I had no trouble with my order, I did try there products before and it helped me with my problematic sensitive skin. Highly recommended to anyone who is having problems with thier skin and not getting anywhere with thier gp.
Great service,ordered p.m Friday, delivered Monday at noon.Can’t get better than that. Lovely products, easy to navigate website, ordering simple. Never had any problem over several years dealing with this company. Cannot recommend enough.
I got the moo shampoo for my itchy scalp. Has not done anything for it, like a couple of others. Least it does not have a terrible smell.
I started using MooGoo products about a mont ago and I love them. I'm allergic to 2 preservatives that are in almost every skin care/ hygiene product you will find on the highstreet. Being able to order from MooGoo knowing that I have a whole selection to chose from has been great and my skin and hair feel fab. Customer service from them has also been amazing. I accidentally ordered a product that wasn't suitable for me so emailed to say I has got them mixed up and could I swap. The order had already gone so it couldn't be swapped but MooGoo offered to send me the correct one as a gog.. even though it was my error. They also got back to me super quick and my orders have arrived exactly when I have expected them to.
This was my first order with MooGoo. A generous 10% discount was easily applied.I purchased udder cream for a friend who is embarking on Cancer treatment. Product was highly rated by nurse.Excellent next day delivery with friendly email updates. A lovely free lip balm enclosed also. Thank you kindly. Would not hesitate to purchase from Moogoo again.
I ordered a couple of items. One that arrived was the wrong product. But their customer service was excellent. I was allowed to keep the one sent in error and the correct one was issued along with a free full-sized gift of moisturiser. Thanks to Daliya for her excellent customer service. Would definitely buy from again.
MooGoo is one of the best non-tox product line. Inexpensive and they WORK. Their full-cream moisturiser is the best thing ever...you will never have a scab/dry skin again! Everything is vanilla-ish (natural) too which love!
Awful. Don't use. I have used them a few times. The products are ok if expensive so I wait for the 'offers'. However beware, they tell you there are discounts but then take the discount away as you are paying. I just spent ages ordering some products because I was promised 15% off. I kept checking back to see if it was working. As soon as I paid, I checked the invoice email. Between ordering and payment they had taken away the 15%. I triple checked the discount was applied so they definitely took away the discount, as I pressed 'buy'. I thought this must be a tech glitch so I emailed them immediately, within minutes of the transaction, asking them to honour the 15% offered. However when they (Courtney) refused to, it became obvious that this was not a tech glitch but something that is business as usual. I am 100% sure the 15% discount was there, I checked several times. but they made it disappear as the payment went through. Minutes later they wouldn't refund me or honour the 15%. i will never ever trust them again. Customer lost. I'm telling as many people as possible to avoid them as they promote themselves to vulnerable people with cancer who really don't need this stress.
Seems ok for a few washes and now I seem to have crazy scalp itchiness and hair falling out. Also slowly damaged my hair to utter dryness.Sadly one to throw in the bin after so much promise
This wonderful company have again excelled themselves with their kindness, caring and attention to customer service. I use most of their products in my skin and hair care and absolutely love them. The lip balms are all wonderful. The SPF40 moisture cream suits my skin which is incredibly sensitive and the marshmallow balm is great on sore bits. Hair stuff makes my hair shine and bounce and what more can I say than I’m a loyal fan and customer for life… thank you Moo Goo Team. You are the best!
Unfortunately the product did not work for me but they company were fantastic in dealing with this. Brilliant company excellent customer support.
Ordered a week ago and website states that once payment has cleared then orders will be dispatched right away. Not heard anything from the company since and order not yet dispatched. Have emailed to cancel after seeing similar experiences here, but no response. Going to raise a dispute with my bank.UPDATE: as soon as this review was published I received a dispatch notification from MooGoo - so you have to write a public review in order to receive your goods. How odd.
Ordered from their website and when the items had not been dispatched 5 days later I tried contacting them via email and phone with no response or answer. I have now cancelled the order, judging by another review I am concerned this will also be ignored, I will have to raise a dispute with my bank if no response, do not purchase products from this company.
I’m awarding only one star solely for the total lack of customer service or responsiveness. I placed an order 10 days ago and have been contacting the company to find out when it would arrive. They fail to acknowledge or respond and now asking for a refund. Of course no response to that either. Don’t deal with this company online. They are truly dreadful. Some independent pharmacists stock the products so much safer to buy from them. I can only assume I won’t get a refund from this company for my order so they also seem happy to take money from people too.
I have had the worst allergic reaction to these products so although they say they are safe for sensitive skin I would dispute this. I have asked to return and for a refund several times with no reply. I would not recommend this company for the products or the service
I placed an order on 30th June with standard paid postage. By 6th July, I still hadn’t received a dispatch email, so I contacted you to ask for the order to be cancelled as we were going away and it hadn’t yet arrived.I then emailed on the 8th, 10th, and 11th July, each time asking for someone to just acknowledge my message. I’ve had no response at all, not even a quick reply or an update.I completely understand that delays can happen, and I really want to support small businesses. I’m also aware from your website that you were moving warehouses from 1st July - (although this wasn’t advertised at the time of my ordering). But even so, someone should be monitoring emails or, at the very least, have an automatic reply set up to manage expectations. Being ignored for two weeks is really poor customer service.Yesterday, I received a refund notification, but this was just an automated email - still nothing from a human being. The whole experience has just been disappointing, and unfortunately it means I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.
I love using Moogoo Cosmetics. Their products are natural and excellent for sensitive skin. They are very gentle and free of harsh chemicals. Their customer service is also excellent! I have been a satisfied customer for a couple of years. While I enjoy exploring different brands, Moogoo is a favorite that the whole family enjoys.
I’ve struggled with moderate eczema on my hands for years and have tried countless creams, including prescription steroid treatments, with little success. I discovered MooGoo’s Natural Skin Milk Udder Cream and thought it was worth a try.Within just a few days of using it, I noticed a major improvement. Now, my hands are completely healed! It’s soothing, non-irritating, non greasy and feels so gentle on the skin. The fact that it’s made with natural ingredients gives me real peace of mind.I was so impressed that I recommended it to my grandmother, who has quite severe eczema and has been to several dermatologists over the years. Amazingly, she’s had the same fantastic results.Skin issues are somewhat personal so some may have varying results. However, Moogoo has worked fantastic for me so I cannot recommend it enough!
I’ve tried everything - a ton of anti dandruff shampoos, dermatitis shampoos, and I’ve even consulted a trichologist who gave me an array of products to use. My scalp was itchy, flaky as hell and sometimes even bled. Nothing worked until I found Moogoo. I use their milk shampoo and apply sone of the scalp cream after I’ve washed my hair. I felt a positive change after just one wash routine and now have no scalp problems. No flaky scalp and no itchiness. I wish I’d found this incredible brand sooner. The shampoo even smells nice unlike many other dermatitis ones on the market! I think it’s a fabulous product that is great value for money considering the peace of mind and quality you’re getting. 10/10 recommend.
NOT SENSITIVE SKIN FRIENDLY!!! I contacted this company to ask about the fragrance ingredients used in their “sensitive shampoo” as I have really severe fragrance allergies. They assured me the product would be fine for me. Well I have in the last 30 minutes washed my hair…. And had a severe allergic reaction. Scalp on fire face bright red and swelling. I have had extensive patch testing done by Guys and St Thomas hospital and the fragrance allergies are the only issues I have, therefore leading me to the conclusion I have been lied to. Do not buy from this company I quite frankly feel like I’ve been scammed/tricked into spending money on a product that has made me seriously ill
