I bought the Vanilla Date Lip Balm and it smells amazing. It gives a light tint to my lips and keeps them very well moisturized. I love it!I also bought the Extra Volume Shampoo. My hair is very dry from henna, but this shampoo makes it look much healthier and more hydrated. It also makes my hair easier to comb.
I love this product, I've been usingitvfirva coupleofyears now and wouldn't use anything else, at first I didn't like it as I was usung repair shampoo and conditioner, it made my hair quite dry, but was recommended to use the hydration shampoo and conditioner as I have thick curly hair and I love it. You must make sure you use the correct product for your hair type
I purchased a product from Moroccanoil for my daughter as a Christmas present. I am a disabled senior citizen on a very limited income. The product was delivered to the wrong address and left out side in 9 degrees temperature. When i found the package at the wrong address it was frozen. I have E-Mailed Moroccanoil 3 times and tried calling 3 times, but no answer. I would like a new product or a refund asap so I still have time for Christmas.
Overpriced and certainly didn't deliver any of the promise. Avoid at all cost.
The bottle or the nostril to be precise exploded. I came to the walls and furniture being covered in dry shampoo and bottle laying down.Customer service suggested they are not taking accountability for this type of product failure so I should not expect replacement or refund but did ask for batch code for their internal review.
I use the original treatment twice a week & am a fan of the finish look it leaves on my hair. My other half uses more products and the Shampoo + Conditioner and is an avid user of the products. The only gripe I would have is that it's not that easy to attain and often is out of stock from the local stockists, We do order online too though deliver takes sometime longer.Overall have infused the products in our regime and results are evident. Eyeing the travel size essentials pack next for an upcoming trip.
Awful company to deal with. I have made an order online and received confirmation of the order but then nothing. Delivery was supposed to be within 1-2 business days but it has been several weeks now. They only have an email address (no telephone number) so I have emailed twice and had no response. I have had no updates at all so it looks like are intending on keeping my money and not sending my order. Be very, very careful if you are thinking of ordering with this company. I’ll never order from them again.
Bought into this apparently amazing expensive shampoo & conditioner as I thought it might be the answer to my problem hair, very fine, can be dry and with significant hair loss but won't buy again. At least I tried. It does nothing for me at all

I purchased the Morocco oil weightless masque after listening to blowout professor.This product is vile. The smell of perfume is overpowering and sickly. My hair was atrocious after use and my whole hair felt irritated. I normally use Phillip Kingsley which I will be sticking to in future.
I had a positive experience dealing with Moroccanoil. The order & delivery process was quick and easy to use. I made a mistake on the order and I feared a bad outcome based on other's reviews. However the problem was quickly resolved by the 'Customer experience team' and my order arrived quickly with no issues.

It’s a shame that such bad customer service can tarnish a reputation. I love these products specifically the shampoo/conditioner. I have been trying to initiate a return and have sent emails and made telephone calls. There is no way to leave a message. I will need to dispute this with my credit card company if they do not reach out by this week.
Love moroccanoil products normally and will continue to use. But there new perfume is an absolute ripoff my husband brought me some for my birthday and I’m so disappointed. The fragrance doesn’t last more than a couple of hours. I commented on a Facebook post stating my issues and my post was deleted. Don’t be fooled by all the great reviews on Facebook!!!!!

Ordered gift set for my mum who always uses Moroccan oil products for her hair. My delivery was never received, it was quickly sorted by Moroccan oil who offered refund or replacement. I opted for replacement as the gift set was a gift. However replacement I received although was all the products I order they were seperate and not in the lovely gift box I had paid for when I ordered. I emailed and was told the gift box was now out of stock so they sent seperate products, I think I should I should have been made aware of this at the time as I would then have opted for a refund instead. So yeah I'm left disappointed as I'm a big believer in you should receive what you ordered and paid for! Delivery does take a while too imo
Having purchased morrocan oil I am shocked to discover it makes blonde hair discoloured and I feel this should be made clear on their advertising programme .I have brought this to their attention and awaiting a response. Otherwise a complete waste of money.
