The blankets itself is excellent quality, Very comfortable with perfectly balanced weight. My family tried it as well and everyone loved how relaxing it feels. Big praises to the company foe such a great product and service. I would definitely recommend them.
I recently got a blankets from blankets from Mosaic Weighted Blankets and I am honestly impressed. The blanket feels high quality, the weight is perfectly balanced and it is incredibly comfortable o sleep with. it gives me a calming feeling that helps me relax at night. The order arrived without delay, which was great. Overall, I am so happy with the experience and I definitely recommend Mosaic Weighted Blankets. Kudos to the team for making such a great product!
I definitely should have looking into it before buying. Bought a blanket, no news for 2 weeks, had to file a claim with Paypal. Let's hope i get my money back
Trying to return the blanket for a refund under their 14 day return policy. No response from the company via email or phone. Do not buy from them. Over $200 wasted.
I purchased a blanket for a birthday and while it was delivered on time, the weight of the blanket was not correct. I ordered 18 lb and received 15 lb. I spoke to the former owner on the phone (apparently the current owners are having health issues and she was helping). Well, after paying to return the original blanket and paying to ship the replacement, I've received nothing. It's been months and no one is responding to either email or phone. Do not buy from this company.UPDATE - Yes, this item was refunded the day after I posted this review. There was no communication however in relation to this refund. It just showed up. No updates, apologies, etc.
I ordered from this company in time for a holiday gift. They not only never delivered the blanket they will not respond back about a refund. The owner blamed it on supply chain issues but they never reached out to let the customer (me) know about the issues. They are terrible to interact with as they have not kept to their word.
My husband thought he would surprise me by getting this throw to help with my anxiety. I was in Texas at the time so though he was doing a good thing by supporting a local business, was a big mistake. The quality of the throw was terrible so I contacted the company for a return, they were slow in responding but I did get the return code and shipped it back to them within the time frame that was stated in the return policy. Almost 2 months later, I have not received a refund and they do not answer phone calls or emails. Do not make the mistake that my husband made.
My weighted blanket came to me with large black stains on it. I tried many methods to reach someone. I finally got a response email with fraudulent return mailing info. No one answers the phone. There was also a very large metal pipe fitting in the box. It also did not have a shipping or packing list.10-18 I returned from out of state to find a replacement blanket. It was not the same color but it is clean. I have a mosaic blanket that I have had for many years and I absolutely love it and was hoping this experience would be the same. They need to work on customer service skills. I am satisfied with the attempt to rectify the situation.
I ordered a weighted blanket through Mosaic Weighted Blankets based on suggested weight but was too heavy and causing pain. I ordered through them on the basis they said you had 30 days to return items. I attempted to call/email customer service multiple times to get a return label but couldn't reach anyone and finally, because there is a 30 day limit to returns and I knew it would take time to get back to them, I paid out of pocket for an expensive way to mail it back to them but get a return receipt. So I know they received it within the 30 day limit. The blanket was in perfect condition and essentially never used and in original packaging, all as requested. They claim they do refunds in two weeks on their website but several weeks later no refund and again no response to call/email. I am out a lot of money and feels like they are not an honest company.
$129 on sale and good quality. I can find a same size and weight of blanket for $50 Made in China in Amazon but feel better to get one that’s Made in USA. SOOO TIRED OF “MADE IN CHINA” product!!
I initially reached out to their customer service to help narrow down which blanket to buy. They recommended the weighted comforter with the minky cover and gave me a link, I noticed that the item they sent me had no description of the minky cover and asked about it but they said no that's the correct one. Two weeks later my blanket arrives (the wrong blanket as I suspected) and after reaching out for over a week I finally got the return label for this one and did a separate order for the correct blanket (which arrived another two weeks later despite my please to processionals it quickly as I was led astray by their customer service during my initial order).I've now been trying to get a refund for the initial order I made OVER A MONTH AGO and have had no response from their customer service team. Additionally I have gotten and replied STOP to THREE different numbers texting me links and coupons to their store, which I never signed up for. Love that it is made in the US and the blanket is nice (beads are a bit loud rolling around inside), but working in customer service myself I'm very disappointed with their lack of response and additionally their lack of securing my data/ opt out preferences.
I ordered a Mosaic blanket. My card was charged before it was shipped. I call and reminded them to ship my blanket. The blanket was not what I thought. I jumped through Mosaic's hoops to return the blanket. They recieved it. I had to contact them twice to credit my $. The blanket was just too small. Otherwise their product was acceptable. The customer service was a goose chase. My review on the Mosaic website was immediately removed. That is why there are all 5 star reviews on their site.
My sleeping experience have been different when this product arrived! The comfiest blanket ever!

I love my weighted blanket. My sleep had improved, my anxiety has calmed down, and I am not as hyper because of my ADHD. I even bring it to school and others love it too. My friend was stressing out and I let him use it and he loved it. It is good quality and breathable. It is durable and handmade in the USA. I got the fabric "starry night" print and the colors are vibrant and fun. I plan on purchasing more in the future and recommend them. I want to order one for my friend who likes it, one for me at school and my school counselor also likes it and wants to get the school some. At school, I like to fold it up and put it on my lap or fold it so it is on my lap and legs so I have to make an effort if I want to wander around the school. I got mine on clearance and it was a pretty good deal. It is easy to wash. I just had to take it to the local laundry mat. Make sure you check if it can deal with that weight.
I received my Mosaic Blanket yesterday. I ordered the sugar skull one. The print is very nice! The blanket is calming. I have anxiety and insomnia. I had a good night sleep. The blanket arrived the next day after purchase. The staff is nice and answered all my questions. Hands down to Mosaic Blanket company! I WILL ALSO BE RECEIVING A FREE PURPLE MINKY SHOULDER WRAP! Order #55614. I will be purchasing a couple more in the future for my kids.
It is my daughter blankets but I love it just as much....we both sleep better and I cant wait to get my own.
I absolutely love this blanket. I ordered two blankets from different companies and returned both after a week. I like that there is batting along with the beads which keeps them from shifting all to one side. not only can you choose your material, but there is a variety of sizes. I highly recommend a Mosaic Weighted blanket.
Purchased x-large 13 lb weighted emoji blanket for my 11 year old daughter. She has found the blanket calming and comforting. She loves it. Thank you for providing cute styles that a 11 year old would love.
I received my weighted blanket as a gift from my best friend. I was surprised at both the gesture as well as the blanket.The material was absolutely beautiful and I noticed that my bff requested that the one side of the blanket be yellow vs. the standard blue fabric. It was a beautiful yellow material.The blanket is amazing-I used it that first night and, although I only slept 5 hours, I had the deepest, most restorative sleep. The second night my daughter was having a difficult time settling down before bed so I let her use it-let’s just say that I had to steal it back after she’d fallen asleep!I will definitely be buying one for her so that I can actually enjoy my awesome gift !I love it!!
