Last year looking for a motorhome I went to look at the stock at 4front motorhomes, whilst viewing I spoke to one of the sales team that I would like Mercedes based vehicle and was told they had just got one in, on viewing it looked great 3600 miles on the clock with lots of equipment, I thought the price was a bit high for a 2014 £50,000 but decided to purchase it and paid the deposit. After a couple of weeks I was informed that the aircon was not working and told that they would go half with me to replace it which I thought not bad (£1200) to pay? After just under a year later and 3000 more miles I had a problem and was informed I needed a new torque converter and gearbox which cost another £9000, when I contacted 4front motorhomes l was told by one of the team members that they had carried out all they needed to and that maybe I should have looked after it a bit better and check the warranty ( an extra £1000 ) at which point I hung up and have not received any more from them.They don’t care all they want is as much money as they can squeeze out of people.Will never have anything more to do with them.Please all be advised.
This company is the worst of the worst we spend nearly 50k cash with then for a leaking motorhome with no warranty which we paid for. Broke down in france woth no help, broken air con, broken fridge, diesel filter issues, cooker broke after a week, leaking roof, over a year in now after 6 months with no response in emails.... we are now going to trading standards. Unless incompetent con-artists
We went to 4front to look for a MotoHome as we were not happy with the one we had! We walked into the show room to be met by Alin we asked if we could look around which he said yes then asked what we were looking for we explained to him and he listened and took us to a certain one which fitted what we asked for, he offered to show us a few more which we did look at but the first one was the one so one month later we have our motor home which we part exchanged with them no complaints they were very good and answered everything we needed to know. Would definitely go to them again.(not pushy in any way)
Advertised motorhome for sale so I checked it out my style, found out the colour on the log book was red, the can itself was mainly white with front end in blue with a red and white trim. Phoned up to be told they have absolutely no idea why it says red when it's clearly blue. I wouldn't trust them after that statement and as such have stopped looking at their stock.
Although unfortunately we did not purchase from the company, I would like to express how professional Simon and Jason dealt with my enquiry. A very safe feeling of being able to do business in the future
Put a holding deposit down and went to view a motorhome. It didn't turn out to be the one, but Alin happily showed us other vans that might suit. Very happy with the helpful service we received and our holding deposit was immediately returned.
Parents went to look at a motorhome today. Sales man rude and unprofessional. Treated them poorly. They would have purchased a motorhome today.
Do not use this company.What was supposed to be an exciting experience buying our first Motorhome was awful.Peter the salesperson took us to see the motorhome we made an appt to view.It was in the garage having a bumper repaired .My husband says surely you are but just going to put filler on it and bodge it.Peter said well you will not see it.When I pointed out the leather drivers seat was worn he said well you can get a cover.He could but answer any of our questions as he says he would have to check.He was very arogant and it was well take it or leave it attitude.I have worked all my life for the NHS this was some of my pension pot so a lot of money for me to spend.
Managed to get the car I wanted with 0 hassle. Very informative & good service.

Bought a motorhome back in March (£42k), assured it would be thoroughly checked over before collection. Arrived to find someone tinkering under bonnet. Short story it had a fault they assured me would be rectified at their expense. So i drove it away then took it back but they couldn't diagnose or fix it. So they then had me running around other garages getting diagnostics. Then decided they weren't going to pay. Then after a lot of fuss offered half. We're talking less than £700 in total. Seven months on still not resolved. Wouldn't ever buy from again.
Wouldn’t waste your time. I have had two cars from these guys now and both have been nothing but problems. First car bmw x5 higher milage at 100k but thought bmw good reliable car luckily I took the warranty out because it had 9k worth of work to fix all the problems. Few years later needed another car due to ULEZ so treaded in my car for another bmw. Haven’t had the car long now and has faults, most work covered under the warranty that they sell you but I’m now been told I have to pay another £300 to cover all the work and 4fronts are not interested in helping out at all point blank said no. They are perfectly fine selling you a car but the after sale is terrible I wouldn’t waste you time and don’t fool for helpful salesman it’s all a front just to get you to buy a car.
I am looking to buy a motor home from the 18th June so I go onto the website and find it’s an appointment only service offered. Speak to live chat agent and explain I’m travelling over 100 miles to get to them would it be possible to call in whilst in the area and look around. Six hours later I receive email from manager Alin Vrasmasu asking me to look on website and select at least 4 vehicles I’m interested to “save me time” 😂 I reply next day with six vehicles of interest and request we now visit the following day to view. No reply so next day I’m free today 28th June I contact live chat again and explain situation and my discontent of there service. Live chat now want me to start the process all over again by giving them all my details and they will get the branch to contact me. I refuse to give my details and ask them to pass on this conversation to the branch manager, instead they terminate the chat. Obviously motorhome sales are booming right now due to the pandemic but here’s hoping this shower of ignoramuses get there comeuppance when foreign travel returns.
The whole experience of purchasing my motorhome was completely spoilt by the incompetency of this company. The most unprofessional and rude service that I have ever experienced. Save yourselves the headache of having to go through what I did and avoid this shoddy outfit like the plague.
We recently bought a Roller Team TLine 590 Motorhome from 4 Front and we had a great experience. Their salesman Pete Rigby was really helpful in helping us choose the right van for us and helping us navigate all the relevant paper work and checks. Would recommend 4Front if you are thinking of buying a motorhome
We purchased a beautiful Mercedes Benz A Class A180 from the Mottingham garage and Wayne who dealt with us throughout the whole process went above and beyond to help us.His service was so valued and he talked me through the car and took his time to show me all of the gadgets and how to basically drive the vehicle.I would highly recommend this garage and Wayne too.One very happy customer.
At short notice we were able to book an appointment to view an Elddis Majestic 115 motorhome that we had seen on their website. John was extremely helpful and accommodating and let us view several other vans too, allowing us privacy to inspect them inside and out. We were there for about 2 hours and were very keen on the van we’d gone to see but needed to think about it overnight. Lucky we did as we discovered when we got home that it really wasn’t going to fit in our small drive after all. Sorry we didn’t buy from you this time John but thank your so much for you time and patience.
Called to ask if a car was available which it was the dealer said come down so I did same day. The customer service shocking I I arrived and saw vehicle at the front had a quick look while waiting expecting dealer or sales person to come to me which never happened even though he could see me.So I enter building introduce myself explained I called earlier. I then asked to see car he unclock the car from inside office and left me 2 it never attempted to sale car at all not a piece of knowledge on the vehicle given. I then went back in after been left outside I said I want to purchase car cash transfer now is there anything that may be done Considering the price £18990 bare in mind I travelled a good distance to see car and agreed I would purchase on Arrival. His response nothing can be done In all honest I like the car and would been happy with a 100-200 of cost price due to some minor but noticeable marks on interior and exterior I arrived at 1700pm they closed at 6pm I did not purchase the vehicle not because I could not afford to pay full price I didn’t purchase due to the service I received I felt the sale person Mark Bruniges did not want to sale the car I thank him anyway I purchase a vehicle a few days ago same vehicle £17500 same year and more trims premium plus spec
Really poor service from the motorhome branch of this company. Sold me a defective motorhome and despite promises and many promptings, failed to supply parts they said they would and denied the faults existed. I was offered a "full refund" which sounded reasonable, but their sales rep admitted it was because they knew the motorhome could be sold for a much higher price thanks to my having it's faults rectified and prices rising. Several members of staff were rude and aggressive and refused to reveal the name of the company director. I had to go to Companies House records to find him. Don't buy from these people.
