Can’t tell if these guys are even in…
Can’t tell if these guys are even in business. I ordered a brake lever guard, which they sent. I meant to order clutch side so I tried to navigate a needlessly complicated return process, sent it back on my dime, asked for the clutch side and offered to pay restock; zero communication. Left a message… no call back, no email, no lever…. Nada.

Questionable communication
I got the clutch slave cylinder I ordered, so no issues there.I am disappointed by their communication tho. I never got a confirmation email, or any communication for weeks. I called and they said they had just got them in stock and would ship it out right away. And I did receive it a few days after calling.

Bad service, good product
I ordered a product from them that showed in stock online. I was charged as soon as my order went through. I received no communication from them until I threatened to do a chargeback. I waited a few days, but never received an order confirmation after my order. It was total radio silence. I contacted them through their chat and received no response. I left and voicemail and received no response. I waited another few days and tried again. No response. A week after my order, I sent an email and let them know I considered the transaction fraudulent and was going to do a chargeback. Two days later, nine days after placing the order, I got an order confirmation and tracking number. No apology or explanation. Avoid this site.

My order got back ordered due to supply…
My order got back ordered due to supply issue with manufacturer. This in itself is not an issue however motowheels never told me this, I had to reach the manufacturer direct to find nd out. Motowheels took my money and when I email the only response I have received is that the order is “processing” I ordered the part 2 months ago now and still haven’t received any further communication from Motowheels.

From order to delivery, you're in the dark
I would not recommend this shop unless you only need your product 'eventually'. When I made my order I was sent an automatically generated email with no information on expected shipping or links to track shipping. A phone number is given, but nobody ever picks up or responds to your voicemails. If you email to inquire about your order, you get an auto-reply thanking you for contacting them, but never an actual response. I did eventually get my product, after a little over a month, but due to the lack of communication I would never order from them again.
