This company charges horrific amounts on top of what loan you ask for. I got a loan for 700 dollars and ended up paying them back 2300 dollars and I paid it back with in 10 days the full amount of 2346.00 dollars and then I guess there was a class action lawsuit I was against them in and I guess I can not get a loan threw them or there bank connections.
They are being sued across multiple states for loan sharking, under the guise and exploitation of native American citizens. Its absolutely disgusting.
I am on my second or third loan from Mountain Summit. They have always been great to work with.. In the past I had no issues and when I call, they are always friendly. This time, however, I am very stressed and upset. I am only supposed to have 3 more payments due, but apparently my first payment took out a day early (12/23 instead of 12/24, which my bank was open so I don't understand why?) and the payment was returned. I haven't missed a single payment since. Instead of adding on another payment at the end or doubling the last payment, I was told ALL of my payments have been pretty much going to interest. I have been getting charged interest daily on a missed payment from December and now owe over $1000 in fees! I checked my phone records and e-mails and only received one e-mail saying the payment was missed. I remember I called and spoke with someone who acted like the missed payment was no big deal, as long as the next one came out it should be fine. This is absolutely NOT fine. I called and asked if anything can be done, if they can work with me or if I could just make an extra payment to cover that first mix up and was told no, I would have to call back to make arrangements. I used to recommend this company to others in hard times but now? I regret it. I'm in a worse spot now than when I started this recent loan.
I missed a payment which yes my fault but then I paid it the same month and they charged me twice for it did not get it back
High rates. Also do not want to settle debt if they can get more interest off of you
It was quick and easy but the principle is extremely high, this is highway robbery.I took out a loan for $700.00 and have to pay back $2,047.99 that is just to much but I really needed the fund at the time but after everything paid off this will be my last time using this company if the interest was lower it would be perfect. I would’ve have been okay with paying back $1,047.00. Next time I will take the time to find a better interest option.

I can’t say enough good things about Mountain Summit. They are always available regardless of when I reach out to them. Their app makes it easy to contact them day or night. When my business needs cash I reach out to MSF and they are always happy to do business with me. I truly appreciate them. If I had one thing they could improve, it would be the interest rate. I wish the interest rates were lower but they are always available. I’m paying for that convenience. I always pay back my loan quickly so not really an issue: thanks again you guys are the best!!
