A fraudulent scheme designed to take your money
Terrible website, I was still charged for some items I had at checkout despite hitting "cancel payment." And even with my bank account being charged, I never received any confirmation of the order to my email. That's when I knew this entire site was a scam. I have attempted to reach someone several times with zero luck, and it has been an annoying process disputing my charges on this site. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Untrustworthy Book Company/Refund Scam
Avoid this company at all costs.I placed an order with this company and never received a refund after returning the product / canceling the order. Despite multiple attempts with customer service, I was ignored or given empty promises about lies stating, we have done our job, but it's not our fault you have not received your refund. This company took my money and failed to resolve the issue in any meaningful way. The lack of accountability and customer support is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere unless you’re comfortable risking a loss.Still waiting for a refund that never came.I ordered a product from this company and was supposed to receive a refund. That never happened. Customer service was responsive, but unhelpful, and I was forced to waste my time chasing my own money I never received. This experience shows a complete disregard for customers. I will never order from them again and I suggest others think twice before doing business with a lame and unreliable company that can’t be trusted to refund customers their money.

It's a month now and order not received to me. I am continuously mailing to support email id mentioned on Mybooksjoint website, but no respond. They are scammers, please reply to my emails or refund my money as soon as possible. I don't know how trustpilot allowing these websites to be here.

Experience with Mybooksjoint was not good at all. After making the payment, my order didn’t even appear in my account for several days which left me really confused and worried. I kept checking for updates, but there was no proper communication until much later when i finally received the confirmation. Even then, the delivery date kept changing multiple times which made the wait even more frustrating. By the time the book finally arrived at my doorstep, I had already borrowed the same copy from a friend because I couldn’t keep waiting any longer. They need to fix both their payment system and delivery process immediately.
