Don't use this company at all. Nothing but a scam or useless firm. No order, yet took money! No communication, not a thing. Tried emailing etc. Emails couldn't be sent. Avoid at all costs. i am now having to get my bank to try and get refund from this "company"!
I don't know whether these guys are outright fraudsters, or just totally useless. Either way, I've received no deliveries after nearly two weeks, and no response to any attempt at communication. I've just reported in to Paypal, who refunded me immediately thankfully
Ordered 2 pots and they arrived smashed due to bad packaging. Unable to get any response from emails or contact page and no one is answering the phone. I suggest no one uses this site, there is no customer care.
I bought 6 hanging baskets, over 6 week agoThey arrived (well 4 of them have so far)They cost me £81They were in terrible condition, they look nothing like the website or brochureI bought the apricot, not one flower and really dried out, I put them in a bucket of water overnight, they dont look any better after a weekI bought the Union flag (red, white and blue) they were a bit better, but still needed a good wateringI had bought tomato plants from them, (plugs) they died even though I watered them, they were dried out and wilted (okay I know they are only plants, but treat em with a bit of respect)I bought two hanging bags from Ansells, they are magnificentI'll buy from a garden center in future, I know what I am buying them, not waiting a month (or more for rubbish to arriveI wish I could post pictures of what they sent meI gave them one star because I couldnt give them a minus starThey are also rubbish at replying to emails, a premium number to call to complain as well, W T F is that ?I know they don’t care about negative reviews
This is simply the worst online transaction I have experienced. The wrong item was delivered compared to what was displayed on the website at time of order. I sent a mail to confirm the exact model before shipping which wasn't read before the item shipped. After receipt, I was them told it was an issue with the stock code and would have to pay for the return. All good faith attempts to find a way to rectify were fruitless with a company that simply digs its heels in even in the face of clear evidence to its own error. Caveat emptor - buyer beware
I couldn't find any public reviews for this seller, who had the bird bath I wanted at a competitive price. Phoned the owner Stefan first to check stock and had confidence then to order. Delivery was here 2 days later, but sadly the bowl of the bird bath arrived broken, mail order ceramics does have its risks. Stefan sorted this immediately on receipt of photo evidence and the replacement arrived just as quickly, this time in perfect condition. Great service and with competitive pricing, that I'm happy to recommend to others.
