I ordered two items from the website. My order was automatically acknowledged by email and arrived one day earlier than estimated. The parts were properly wrapped and exactly what I ordered. I received another email telling me the order had been delivered after I had picked it up from the post office. They send by priority mail, so the shipping is a bit more expensive ($15) than the minimum possible.
When the glass shade for our old torchiere lamp needed to be replaced (I dropped and smashed the old glass shade) I found exactly the right replacement shade at MyLampParts.com. The new replacement shade arrived, incredibly well-packed, protected and insulated, and arrived in just a few days (Chicago to New York-area). The guys who run the company took my call with special instructions and delivered exactly as promised. We are thrilled with our new shade and next time we need lamp parts we will turn immediately to MyLampParts.com. Two thumbs up.
