Fees
Unruly, unreasonable fees, relatively frequently misapplied, better options available potentially. Mixed results with services.Have to keep a minimum balance which is only for some accounts and completely outdated. They have earned the fourth star because even so they are still far better than Chase or Huntington!! Also many associates are very nice and helpful from the top to the bottom.
