Exploitative practices
These people don’t send receipts or acknowledge that you are signed up for their subscription in any way shape or form so you just get charged even if you have never used the app. When you reach out to them, they say oh well we can refund you $15 per our policy after charging me $150 unacknowledged . This type of exploitative business practice should be illegal. Shame on you.

Love the app! I really enjoy how clear and easy the exercise demonstrations are — they make it simple to follow along and feel confident I’m doing everything correctly. I also like that the program starts gently, which is perfect for beginners like me who are just getting into Pilates.The meal plans I’ve tried so far are delicious and surprisingly filling! I do wish there was an option in the app to customize or log alternative ingredients. I’m lactose intolerant, so I often swap out dairy products, and it would be super helpful to be able to track those changes.I follow a mostly pescatarian diet, so I sometimes struggle to find a plan that fits my preferences exactly. The one I’m using now is close, but it includes a bit more rice and grains than I’d like. A slightly better balance with more veggie and protein options would make it perfect.Other than that, I absolutely love the app and how easy it makes staying consistent. I’m on day 11 and already down 5 lbs — feeling stronger and more flexible every day! 😍

Please be very careful when you sign up. This company was taking money from my account for 18months. I believed that I had signed up for one month, to realise it had carried on for 18 months because they automatically renew your subscription.

Don’t download app
I downloaded this app, I got to the first page of the app where you select your plan subscription, I never selected anything. I closed the app and didn’t think much of it. I realize they took a payment of £32.99 out of my bank account. I didn’t know who this was so I got in contact with my bank and raised an unknown payment with the fraud team. My bank refunded me the payment. I cancelled my card and ordered a new card. 2 days later they took out another £32.99 out then 2 weeks later another £32.99 went out of my account. I received a random email from my organic app with an invoice and on the email there was a link to cancel my subscription. Which of course I clicked which was a link to a website with no information on how to cancel your subscription. It was a link to update payment method. I deleted my card details which was there. ( I don’t know how they got my card details which is scary) Another 2 weeks later another payment went out. Again I emailed them stating I don’t know who you are, but I don’t want your subscription, and I have contacted the fraud team with my bank. I received a email stating they will cancel my subscription but I can also do this if I login and go to my profile. I don’t have a profile as I didn’t click or choose any subscription. They have offered me a $15 refund??? This is a scary scam which came from me downloading there app!!! They was able to get my bank details, I’m not sure how!! Stay away!!

The offer I received from Organic Apps is not useful to me. They offered me the original refund of $19.99 plus an additional year of free access to the app’s premium features. This is not a special offer since it is an app that doesn’t meet my needs, which is why I didn’t intend to subscribe to it when I looked at it originally. I downloaded the app June 2024 and after looking at it decided I wasn’t interested. I just realized yesterday that they have been charging my Apple Card $19.99 a month for 13 months. I downloaded the app again to try and log on to cancel, but it didn’t recognize my email address. I followed the directions they recommended to get to my account. I never found my account. I emailed them with the information and the response was that they canceled the auto renewal and offered me a refund of one month. This whole scam has cost me way too many hours of my time and $259.87. A refund of $19.99 is unacceptable!

Paying for nothing…
I kept seeing this program come up on my social media and thought to give it a try. I should have read the reviews first. Yes they have workouts, but there is a cost for EVERYTHING extra. To download certain work outs, to store, to do this or that. Not to mention I was given ONE price when I did finally sign up and now I am being charged $19.99 montly for an app that I CANNOT use or log into. Trying to reach someone is impossible. I finally did the chat option with an AI response. When a representative did come on, it/she (because I don't know if it was automated or an actual Ashley on the line) responded that my subscription had been canceled. Did not greet me, or say anything personal, just "your subscription has been canceled". Customer service is everything, and this is nothing. Very diasppointed especially because I did see a few really good reviews. I've had the app a few months and still have not been able to use it.

This company is a scam. Pure rip-off! They provide ZERO service or product and suck off customers that have signed up with a completely different company. They’re slick and dirty and I am contacting California’s Attorney General’s office about them, since they claim residence in Ca. They’re not. They’re overseas. Who communicates with customers at 6 am cst (4 in California, on a Sunday. You’re not so slick! You’re just dishonest and sneaky, and I’m about to check my records. You better hope I do not find any dollars paid to you through your con.

When a customer sees your ad and wants to try your service, and her main focus is the fupa and waist line, how about you don’t start her off with exercises that require her to bend down in ways that her fupa prevents her from doing so and causes her to question her worth and existence. I cancelled this app in dec 2024, only for them to take money from my account for two months after. Offering me a $7 refund and telling me I didn’t cancel it was a joke, sent them the screen shots of the cancelled subscription and they just ignored me !!! Avoid !!!!

I have requested to cancel TWICE only to be directed to the app to subscribe again ! I haven’t even downloaded the app ! Request of refund ignored . Stay clear of this .
