Filled out the application 1 week ago…
Filled out the application 1 week ago and they charged my credit card. I was to get the PDF within 24-28 hours. I have not received it and they are non responsive. I am putting a dispute in with my credit card to get refunded and will file the application myself as I need my passport asap

This site is not technically a scam
This site is not technically a scam, but they are charging the full passport cost, and the website does the same thing you can do on the government website, but you do not actually get a passport. So, to me, this is a scam/phishing because they are charging more money than they should, but the law and banks allow.

It would be nice to see prices upfront
It would be nice to see prices upfront. It would be awesome if the system could pull up our info from previous passports and we could confirm our ID so it makes it faster.

DO NOT USE!!!! APPLY ON THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE!!! I DIDNT READ AND LOST OUT ON $148 FOR LITERALLY NOTHING. ITS A USELESS SERVICE TO MAKE AN EXTRA DOLLAR. First time applicant and didn't know any better...so my loss ..
