The Bite N Brush didn't hold up but Customer Service was great

The Bite N Brush really gets 2 stars and the customer service from Woof gets 5 stars. I bought 2 bite n brush chews at my local pet store for my two dogs. One dog's (50lb 15 year old Vizsla) chew broke at the end within 15 minutes of giving it to him. The store wouldn't take it back but the company did and they are sending me a different chew to replace it. The Bite n Brush may need some re-engineering with a more durable material that can withstand more chewing. I wouldn't purchase it again for my dogs, but I was impressed with the company's customer service and will consider other products.

My dog loves her Woof stuff

My dog loves her Woof stuff - she has three pupsicles, 2 dental logs and a treat ball. She gets on every evening and they are indestructable. She is a tough chewer. She has figured out how to open the ball and eat the treat, but then she's a border collie, lol. I have had two pupsicles which would not open to clean or refill, and the company has replaced them immediately. Customer service is fast and very responsive.

Bad smell of product

I like the idea of having a substitute for regular peanut butter, because our beagle is addicted to it and has gained weight. I was all excited about getting your pupsickle container and pupsickle peanut butter refills, however, I must admit, I really don't like the smell of the container. Sydney won't go near it and I can't even stand to be in the same room with it. She tried it, so it is used now. I thought that I had the answer that I was looking for. I may reorder the refills, because I crumble it in her regular food. Patty

false advertising - not plant based

false advertising. the chew product is described in several places as being plant-based. come to find out a key ingredient is powdered antler bone. perhaps this business needs to reacquaint itself with the dictionary on plants vs animals. hint: if it comes from an animal it’s not a plant.

Deceptive Subscription practices

Well I don’t believe the quality of the product is bad, my dog didn’t like it. The problem I have with this company is their deceptive subscription practices. Two months later I received another two bones that I didn’t know I ordered because they automatically check the subscription box at checkout and it’s obscured from the buyer’s view. So in essence you’re automatically signing up for a subscription and then your next order comes without even knowing that you had selected the subscription box. Also, it’s not easy to find the cancellation section at their website. This is intentional and it makes them look bad. I would not recommend this company.

I was hoping this would be a healthy…

I was hoping this would be a healthy alternative to rawhide dog chew/bone but I am very disappointed in the fact that small and also medium sized pieces come off when my large dog is eating the bone. He even swallowed some small pieces and now I am worried. I specifically purchased these because it says it does not splinter off pieces.

Quick Response and Support

I reached out to customer service about a large Pupsicle I was having trouble opening after 5 - 6 uses. They responded to my email within hours, offered a replacement, and quickly shipped it at no charge. Super easy process, and it's so rare to get this level of personal attention, for which I'm grateful. I'm hopeful that this replacement will be easier to use after a few uses.

Quick response from customer service

My dog loves his pupsicle. He actually begs for every night after we eat our dinner. We are on our second one because he loved his first one a little too much.We were having issues opening and closing the new pupsicle so I reached out to customer service about it. They responded quickly, asked a few questions and sent me a new pupsicle that works properly. Thanks Woof.

Extra Charges

I ordered a chew toy with Pupcicle treats. My dog loves it. However, they keep charging me for a subscription every month that I never signed up for. I have reached out by email several times with no response. I have tried making an account which never goes through. The number I found for them is always busy. I suggest you shop elsewhere. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

CAUTION! Started breaking apart 2nd use.

I ordered the dental chew and inserts. I have a 27 lb golden doodle. My dog loved it day 1 but! Day 2 after about 3 minutes it was already breaking apart! The open space that was supposed to help clean the teeth was totally coming apart. The concept is good the product material isn't. What a waste. Considering the high price.

I ordered a three dog collars

I ordered a three dog collars. They are ok. But now I get charged $29.99 a month for something I didn’t order. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any response. They have no phone number and the site says 24/7 customer support and to use the contact form and we’ll get back to you immediately. Been 2 weeks no response.

Stay far away from this company

Stay far away from this company. I ordered something for my dog for Christmas and now I’m getting double that order every month from a subscription or subscriptions I have no idea that I supposedly signed up for. I don’t even have an official account that I can sign in to to be able to cancel and I am afraid to make one to check. Feels very scammy to me. Stay away there are lots of other reputable companies that sell cool dog toys without signing your life away every month. Shame on you Woof!!!

Placed order on 12/21

Placed order on 12/21. Still have not received. Thought it was due to holidays, was told my order “did not sync correctly” and a replacement order was started (with apparently no rush processing or expediting shipping method). Two days later, no update on tracking information; still hasn’t shipped. Absolutely ridiculous to wait almost a month when I can get the same products through a different party within 3 days. Asked for a refund but from these other reviews, that seems like a long shot too.

Bite and Brush and Subscription Issues

Ordered Bite and Brush and the product is easily destroyed, pieces swallowed! Both my dogs vomited after using and easily bit off chunks, which could have been extremely dangerous. When I complained to the CO, they said to watch the dogs carefully when they used the product -ridiculous. Also, Woof kept sending and charging me for subscription products that I never ordered. It took three emails for them to cancel.
