I wish I could give no stars at all. I spent £68 with Natural Dispensary. One of the items was 180 Vit C tablets. They are too large to be swallowed comfortably. I choked when I tried to swallow them. The company refuse to refund because I have opened the tub. Of course I did, how could I know the size otherwise. The woman on the phone was rude, uncaring and certainly doesn't know what Customer Service means. I will never order from them again. When I phoned Lamberts, they were very nice and said that had I bought them direct I would have got a refund. This is how we learn!!!!

I purchased 2 tubs of 150g NAC
I purchased 2 tubs of 150g NAC, I received 2 60g tubs. I went to a lot of trouble getting them as this company no longer ship to Ireland, so I had to get a friend of a friend to bring them with them when visiting Ireland. When I spoke to customer service they apologised and said they would refund 1 of the tubs. I did not accept this as I received less than 1 tub. In the end with a bit of twoing and froeing they kindly refunded the full amount and let me keep the 2 small tubs. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Unfortunately the customer service is non existent. I contacted them 3 times as I received several products with soft capsules that had broken.I assumed they’d be reputable and do the tight thing by either replacing the products or refunding me, however, nearly 6 months later they still haven’t approached me not even to apologise and I had been a loyal frequent customer.I now deal with a different provider.

Orders always arrive quickly
I have made quite a few orders with this company (which is used by nutritionists) - and have never had an issue and things always arrive very very quickly. They do not always stock everything I'm after and guess the website UI/UX is a little old fashioned, but have never had any problems.

Customer service was rubbish
Customer service was rubbish, when I sent photographs of a product they supply, which broke with a slight knock, that is not fit for purpose. Everyone I know who bought this product from a local health shop has broken it, because the glass pitcher from Tappwater is so flimsy and thin, they break like no other piece of glass would. Having supplied proof of purchase and photographic evidence, they refused to replace the defective object, saying "It had been used" Well what did you think I bought it for? To sit on a shelf and do nothing. The worst outcome possible from a company selling an object that is not fit for purpose.

Excellent Customer Service from Kieran
Got notified of a surgurical procedure with quite short noticed and needed some supplements quickly. We called the Natural Dispensary and spoke with Kieran after 4pm on a Friday hoping that he could help. Kieran was excellent and arranged for our order to be picked and dispatched before they finished for the weekend. The supplements arrived on the Saturday which was excellent- many thanks Kieran for all your help.

The only comment I can make is that there is absolutely no customer service. You send an email /Enquiry and no one replies. I have started my search on other companies that supply the same or similar products without all the additives that they use !

Side effects from product, and poor customer service.
I purchased The Really Healthy Company NAC Augmented (N-Acetylcysteine) 90's in May and I contacted The Natural Dispensary in July about the side effects that I was experiencing before I left a review.Unfortunately, I had to stop taking the supplements as it gave me acid reflux and constipation. I was also surprised and disappointed to see that for how much they cost it isn't a clean product and contains an anti-caking agent when there are other similar products on the market that cost a lot less and that do not contain these additives, which is the likely cause of my issues and why I had to discontinue it. I was asked to complete a reaction form, which I did, and I was told that the form would be forwarded to the supplier for their advice and feedback and that they would be back in touch as soon as they heard back from them.It is now October and I've had no contact from them since.

Great delivery
I have been using natural dispensary for several years. Delivery is fantastic and often the next day eg. Orders placed on a Monday morning and delivered by Tuesday afternoon. They are helpful with refunds and a very generous returns period if you purchase supplements as part of a plan, and then plans change and you don’t start them (as is common). Always happy with quality of packaging and ease of ordering.

On the contrary, I frequently get glowing reports of exceptional customer care.It is obviously vital to my business that I use only companies that can supply a service that offers me full backup, as the Natural Dispensary have always done. Their support is of a standard rarely experienced nowadays and I feel confident to send my clients their way for a remarkable quality of service.

Oxidised Supplements and Bad Customer Service
I have been buying supplements from Natural Dispensary, directly, and for more than 10 years.My last purchase of the Balanced Vitamin C 1000 was 2 refills bags. The capsules came in yellowish brown colour, as per the photos sent to them, and unlike what I had previously purchased from Balanced and other brands. These capsules have oxidised and are not fit for human consumption. They have ignored my feedback. This is not a professional approach to doing things. To the directors of Natural Dispensary supplements and their management team, ignoring the problem doesn't make it go away. Let alone a serious problem as such. It is your loss, to be frank, and I shall not come near your supplements again. Your staff ought to better speak with the customers in a polite way rather than a defensive and condescending way. Arguing with me about the colour of Vitamin C supplements without knowing that they shouldn’t be yellow brown is disastrous.Ignoring a customer who have spent, over the years, thousands of pounds, supporting your business is not customer service. As matter of fact, your overall behaviour is unprofessional to put it mildly. Selling products that have oxidised are a health hazard.These things do happen and genuinely. I am not after your charity for god’s sake their price was less than £13. I do understand that you may need to take this with the supplier but if I were you I would have replaced them, regardless, or opened another refill and find out.Having said that trust is paramount and I have now every reason not to trust you and waste money on you. It is most definitely your loss to be frank and not mine. Shame on you and shame on your staff’s behaviour and shame on pushing away loyal customers.

Always happy when ordering from Natural Dispensary. They are my nr1go to.Fast delivery and their customer service is extraordinary. Whenever I have had an issue, like a damaged product etc they just send a replacement out which I usually receive next day.They answer emails same day usually and yes I just can’t fault them. Brilliant company!

Very poor customer service
I’m a nutritional therapist and I have been ordering from Natural Dispensary for years as well as directing my clients to their web shop. However, my last order never turned up. I had to chase them and requested proof of delivery which was never provided, I was only told that the courier said it had been left with one of my neighbours (no specifics either). I was abroad for a few weeks and then my neighbour was not around so it got tricky but when my neighbour was back he advised that he had not received my parcel. I told Natural Dispensary this and asked them to send me a replacement parcel. The response I got was that too much time passed and they cannot do anything!!! Bear in mind that I told them I was out of the country and could t check with my neighbour.Given that I have been a loyal customer for years this was a very poor service to receive!!! Additionally, I had my own e-commerce company and no matter if the customer was right or wrong I always made sure the customers were happy and as a result I had a very successful business.The customer service at Natural Dispensary is extremely poor. When things work well that ok but as soon as there is an issue expect the worse from them!I would seriously advise to shop elsewhere from reputable companies like Cytoplan, BioCare, NutriAdvance instead.Long-term they will pay for their poor customer service

Was recommended this site and the products I ordered by my chiropractor. I could have saved a bit of money going to other online stores but went with the recommended brands and was not disappointed, order came next day. Gladly order from here again.
