What I can say is Ina was great in finalizing our booking very help in doing contract and very detail oriented. Very customer's service friendly. What was not that great was the AI chat and trying to get to a real person. But once a carrier was located and I was dealing with with Ina all went smoothly.

Finding a transport company you can…

Finding a transport company you can trust is hard, but Navi Auto Transport really came through for me. My vehicle arrived without a scratch and the driver was extremely communicative during the entire trip.

When my car arrived

When my car arrived, it would not drive the car was fine before that I had all the mechanical work done to this vehicle to give to my son. My son received a call at 7:00pm at night the driver told him that the car makes a loud noise and will not move, the next morning they dropped the and left the keys at the door, my son wasn't sure on what to do that's why he didn't answer. As looked at the other preloaded cars I did notice that they strap the wheels not the tow hooks to hold them in place, so as weight shifts and the car in park I would question the stress that's being put on the drive shaft especially a front wheeled drive. The company is not taking no responsibly because they move lots of cars and I get that but if you have one that you had a problem with just own up to it instead of denying what could of happen you pay for insurance, use it. I am going to do my part and pay them, but I should knew when the subcontractor ask me how much did I pay Navi, who is the broker and I paid too much, it will never happen again just beware of how they your vehicle.

Harassing level of phone calls/emails

I informed my initial contact that I would not be proceeding with the purchase and needed no further contact. Since then, I have received 3 calls a day from either an AI caller or a call center in India. I have spoken to 3 people directly including a supervisor trying to get the harassing level of calls to stop. Edit: The response would be a nice touch, if I hadn’t received 4 emails since the initial review was submitted.

I've used several carriers in the past

I've used several carriers in the past, and this was by far the smoothest experience. Navi Auto Transport kept their word on the delivery date and the final price didnt change at all.

Zack.

Zack.. let me tell you he was a genuine human not a guy that sounds like a robot. Me and him had a very nice conversation made me feel comfortable trusting the company with transportation. I will be using navi again. And I will only use Zack. Genuine guy will be getting repeat bussiness out of me.

This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. I was quoted online $1,700 then on the phone it increased to $1,900. Then after booking it we received 2 text messages within 5 minutes increasing the price even more. One from Navi Dispatch demanding $7,000 and another stating $5,500 all within minutes of each other. Then for 3 days I called with one simple request to cancel my order and remove my truck off the transport board so I could go with another reputable company and they would not remove it. They actually kept increasing the price. I guess playing a game to block my truck from ever being picked up. In addition, the customer service reps talked over me every time I would try to call and eventually I got mad and yelled at one of them and he hung up on me and now every time I call they just hang up on me. I’m reporting this company to the FMCSA.

The website was really easy to use to get started and the rapid responsiveness via email and text were great as well. I got a lot of help from Nora and she was absolutely fantastic!

The driver stated that it would be $100 more on deliver due to there being four totes in the car and I would need to give $600 on delivery. The car was delivered and he was given the $600 however they refused to give a receipt at the time and the last three requests I was still given a receipt that was not corrected with the amount that was paid

Buyer Beware

I would not recommend this company. They quoted me a price to transport my car, only to charge me a higher price once they contracted with a carrier. The price quoted was based on a 1-3 day pickup window. The Navi rep contacted me on the first eligible pickup date to say that they had a carrier that could pickup my car the NEXT DAY. The suggestion was that had I not agreed, it would have been several more days before a pickup could be arranged. The car was in fact not picked up as agreed & not until late afternoon the following day. In essence, I was charged more without any corresponding benefit. The tactic of a bait-and-switch comes to mind. I read similar reviews where this is apparently not an uncommon complaint. I gave them an opportunity to do the right thing & honor the initial quote however they refused. The gentleman I spoke with to ask that they honor the price quoted said he would call me right back but I never heard from him. I would accuse this company of misleading & unethical business practices & will likely be following up with a complaint to the BBB.

Absolutely avoid at all costs - definition of Bait & Switch

Absolutely avoid at all costs, they practice in bait & switch. I received quotes from multiple companies. They were a larger company with a lower quote and, against my best judgement, ignored other bad reviews. I texted them and asked if they ever increase rates when the drivers ask for more and was told "never with Navi", in text. I spoke with a sales representative who gave me a price of $1,135 - all taxes and fees included, door to door, they won't increase the price; pickup would be within 1-3 calendar days. When we decided to move forward (a couple days later) the new sales representative stated the same thing except said that the pickup time is 1-3 business days, but usually same day.I went online and authorized the payment. I received an email stating as such with the Terms & Conditions. In the terms and conditions it specifically states they will not increase the rate. Here's where things went wrong. On business day 3 (5 days later) I called and asked if they had a scheduled time for pickup - and that's when I realized it was an AI "Benny". It created a priority case to have someone call me back. I did not get a call back and at end of day I called again - went round and round with "Benny" until I finally got a person. I was told they had 2 carriers that fell through on Friday (the day I paid) and they were waiting to hear back from another - they would know by 9pm and would get a call back.No call back. I called on Friday (now a week later and 5 business days) and get ahold of someone who said they had news and "Kim" would call; they had found a carrier.Kim called and then stated they found a carrier but at a cost of over $1,700. Yes, $600 more than the quote. I denied it and stated they needed to meet their quote I accepted, that I would not be a victim of their illegal bait & switch. She said she would keep looking and call me back same day. No call back.Following Tuesday I receive a call from "Josh" stating they found another carrier, this time at $1,450. I stated no, and they acted very surprised. They stated they are working hard to "negotiate" and that rates had changed. I told them the original quote is what they need to do the job for. He told me he would create a case for a supervisor and get a call back within 1 hour.I did not receive a call within an hour. I then created another quote, to see what it would come through as, with a different email and phone number. That quote came in at $1,142 (so a difference of $7; not $600 and not $300+). I called back (this was about 6 hours after the 1 hour had passed) and got "Josh": again. I explained the situation and how they are purposefully pulling in customers at low prices then switching the price to the market rate. He passes me to a supervisor named "Noah".This conversation when on for 20+ where Noah, at great lengths, tried to explain the basics of their company negotiating with a 3rd party. While I fully understood his statements - it directly conflicted with the sales individuals statements and the Terms & Conditions (8.1 of their Terms & Conditions). His response was that the price isn't final until they dispatch and that market rates can shift quickly. I then explain to him the other quote that I pulled 10 minutes prior and he said that's accurate. He then explains that he has to tell customers it's $200 or $300 and after explaining to them why - they accept the changes.Ironically the next day I received a call on my work phone from Navi sales - and they tell me not once, twice - but three times (asked 3 different ways) that the quoted price is all I will pay and that they will never ask for more. Their sales rep even went on to say "If we were to charge more than our quote that would be a scam and we wouldn't be a good business".Stay away - they will waste your time, effort, and then try to scam you at a higher rate.

This is not a legitimate company but a group of dispatchers operating by phone. They provide a low quote at first, then the price increases at delivery. They outsource the transport to secondary carriers at a cheaper rate and keep a margin, leaving the driver to demand a higher payment than originally agreed. When you try to contact them, they stop answering calls. They operate as a third-party broker with no verified office and no insurance coverage for your vehicle.Based on my experience, their practices are deceptive and misleading. Use extreme caution

Last minute significant price increase

I booked a transport for my car from Ohio to Florida on Dec. 10, 2025. Both parties signed the agreement, and I paid the entire amount up front, $763. It was scheduled for delivery on January 17 which was the day of my arrival in Orlando. I was told it would take 2-3 days to transport. On January 15th, I received multiple urgent emails, phone calls and text messages to call as they had a company that would ship the vehicle. However, I was working and unable to call immediately. I then received an email that my order was placed on hold. I returned the call later that same day only to be told that the cost is now $1013! When I asked why, the reason given was the pickup was not on their normal route. I don’t know what their normal route was, but the vehicle was located approximately a mile from an interchange with I-90. It was not that far from a major interstate. The vehicle was picked up, not delivered, on January 17th and delivered January 21st. Granted, they did not guarantee exact pickup and delivery dates, but this seems excessively late especially considering that it was booked over a month earlier. I was 4 days in a new city without my car.Summary:1. The reservation was made and paid in-full over a month in advance.2. The vehicle was picked up on the day it was scheduled to be delivered.3. It arrived 4 days late leaving me without my car.4. The price increased at the last minute from $763 to $1013, a 25% increase!5. The last minute increase left me with very limited options. I could decline the offer and wait for another, but in the middle of a move, time is limited and a further delay in arrival of the car would be very difficult to manage. The only redeeming aspect of this arrangement was that the car arrived undamaged. Outside of that, it was poorly managed by Navi Auto Transport. They may be a “broker” and use that excuse for treating customers this way, but I do not accept that. A month’s notice is enough time to secure a price and abide by the agreement. I do NOT recommend them.
