I have utilized NeckCare for almost 1 year now. It is by far the most efficient and effective tool I have ever come across for assessing the role of the cervical spine in a patient's condition. Would highly recommend to anyone who sees patients with complaints arising from the neck.

Neck Care has quickly become a standard part of my concussion/PCS assessment process. It's added an invaluable layer of objectivity to the evaluation. It has helped patients understand why we're doing X instead of Y based on the result of the JPET & Butterfly Test.
The product itself is great.The onboarding was a bit rushed. I felt like the person in charge was hurrying through things so I missed some key components. One major thing I’d love to get answered is how far should the patient be from the screen, and at what height should it be in relation to them?When setting up during the onboarding, the guy just said “yeah that looks right” without actually providing any guidance or info.
From the first communication with the guys at NeckCare, everything has been top notch. It's a great product, and everyone I've worked with there has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We are currently using it with our patients and marketing it to doctors, and everyone is extremely impressed with the results.

Technology is easy to use. Adds a valuable measurement and quantification on a sense that was mostly unmeasruable in the past. Reporting is outstanding and easy to understand. Support has been great as well as the Neckcare support team went out of their way to fix technical problems I had on my initial unit.
As far as I can tell, Neck Care is at the forefront of cervical proprioceptive testing. The have the best team of clinicians advising the development of the technology, and it shows in the assessments and reporting features. Very happy to have Neck Care in my clinical procedures.
