The process had several underwriting hurdles, but they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and constant communication. They stayed on top of every detail, explained each step clearly, and made what was a very stressful process (government shutdown) feel manageable.We always felt supported and informed, and it was clear they truly cared about helping us get to the finish line. We’re incredibly grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone—especially if you’re navigating a USDA loan.

worked closely with Melissa and Charles during the process of buying my first home. They both explained everything perfectly and made sure I understood everything before we moved to the next step. Whenever I had a question (which was often) it was easy to get ahold of them. They provided me with the resources I needed and helped me get a monthly payment that was 3x lower than I originally thought i’d be paying! I close tomorrow and couldn’t be happier I chose Melissa and Charles to get me from pre approval to close!
