Not only did I find what I needed in 1 quick search, but it also arrived in 2 days with expedited shipping. When it turned out that the product ordered was out of stock, they reached out to me quickly and let me know more were arriving in a few weeks but offered a refund if I didn't want to wait. They stayed in contact with updates of shipment and confirming I received the product. Stellar customer service!
We had an issue with the unit that we received and we are trying to exchange it for the unit that we wanted and we are being told it is going to be a 30 to 40% fee to return it. I highly suggest not purchasing from this company, we will put more reviews and messaging across all platforms shortly.
