11-15-2025 HORRIBLE Network Health app…

11-15-2025 HORRIBLE Network Health app that DOESN’T allow you to set up your account! WHY EVEN BOTHER HAVING AN APP WHEN THEY WON’T LET YOU IN YOUR ACCOUNT???

I got a letter from them

I got a letter from them, they claimed that they tried to call me. I called back and left a message on their machine but they never called back. So I called again two more times but they never called back. I need wellness evaluation from them.

Buyer beware-Stay on straight Medicare

If you need rehab services as an inpatient, this plan will deny, deny, and deny. You are better off with straight Medicare. This company is not for the elderly. Run away. With any Medicare advantage plan, inquire about the denial process and read reviews. This plan is not good for the elderly who need rehab after injuries. They say they "go by Medicare guidelines." this is false.

Broken Website—Use Other Insurer

The Network Health website is broken and a user can't setup online bill pay. Called multiple times and they're unable to fix. Very poor and unusable technology here. Would recommend avoiding NH altogether due to these major shortfalls.Plus there are other issues. A user can input their primary doc, the website confirms reception of the info, but when they return, the button asking to input the primary care doc is still there, with no indication of the info already submitted. Seems it takes multiple days to update. As for billing, if you want to put your account on auto-pay, you have to dig around, and if you are a new subscriber, there's no way to initiate auto-pay as mentioned. Other pain points like "Your communication preferences could not be found. Please try again." If you try to unsubscribe from the many "info" emails you'll receive, you click "unsubscribe" in the email, you're taken to a web page... that doesn't work, and you cannot unsubscribe. Alas, again, very poor web management and coding here. The entire website is a poorly thought out mess. Hard to believe they don't spend a small amount of R&D on real-world tasks clients come to these sites to accomplish to see where there are problems. Vast room for UX improvement. And there's no app for Network Health. Since they're unable to design a useful intuitive website, building an app is beyond their capabilities as well.
