Nice samples
I have to say that I never bought anything from them yet, but I did receive a lot of samples and they’re all very nice. I’m just sorta stuck regarding which way I want to go.

Great value, great customer service
Process was easy. Great selections, ordered swatch books, selected our design and size and material, the curtains arrived in great time and the installation was easy. More importantly, they look great!

Fabric not as expected
The fabrication is ok, but he fabric is not linen as the sample. It is rather a coarse fiber loosely woven. I overpaid for this product

Nice fabric quality, definitely not black out.
The quality of the fabric is beautiful. I'm very disappointed that I chose "black out" and they most certainly are not. At most, id say its light filtering. I even have roller shades behind it, and even still light comes through. This was a huge blow due to the high costs and I have very tall windows. I was relying on a company like this for custom drapes, and while the fabric is nice, they're not functional and Im left having to find another solution.

Neutral curtains support team works!
I applaud Neutralcurtains for their customer service. Mistakes happen. When they do, you want a company invested in your satisfaction.On Jan 9th I ordered 4 no-drill shades. The shades arrived without the no-drill hardware, so I couldn’t install them. I was aggravated but the support team was timely and responsive. Every message I sent them was responded to within 24 hours with a proposed solution. They were professional at all times and I now have my shades installed perfectly. The shades themselves were cut perfectly and the blackout section really works.

Not pleased, wouldn’t order Roman shades here again
I’m not pleased with the 8 Roman shades I purchased. The quality of materials isn’t great- I like what I ordered from Lowe’s for our last house better. Ordering was somewhat confusing for Roman shades for French doors. I also paid for expedited shipping and some of my shades came in way later than expected. They did refund the expedited shipping fee but only after I complained. Two of my Roman shades are remote control with one remote and one side goes up/down way slower than the other side and both are a little crooked when up. Not a huge deal, but it’s bothersome nonetheless. I spent $1800 and their solution was a one time 20% store credit. That’s the most they’ll do to correct any issues, as they explained that nothing I complained about was their fault. Maybe curtains are better, but I would not order Roman shades from here again.
