Delighted with the cost of the medication, which came with syringes and alcohol swabs. Communication has been minimal, and it took a good bit of navigating to find the dosage amount, which in my opinion should have it's own dedicated tab, rather than be buried in the order area under the medication ordered through a link. All in all it's been a favorable experience.

I attempted to cancel this order and it forced me to fill out the medical history- which I entered in all note boxes to cancel and uploaded pictures of dogs (no DL, no exiting Rx). When I called because the "prescription had been approved by provider" they would not issue a full refund. If you're just looking for meds and no questions- this is the place to go.

I started the process with NewSelf (i.e. provided my credit card information) and began reviewing different types of medication. Prior to STEP 1 (FILLING OUT THE INITIAL APPLICATION), I consulted with my doctor and was advised that GLP-1s may conflict with my current medications and advised to not proceed. I went online to cancel payment (they don't tell you that you're signing up for a minimum of 3 months). I was told that I'd have feedback on the cancelation within 2 business days......7 days later I get a marketing text about $50 off, so I reply asking about my refund and requesting a call. A rep did call me the next day, but said that she could not cancel it and it had to be "reviewed". Following the review, and presumably only because I consulted a doctor who advised me to not proceed, I was told that they could refund my money but there was a $99 administrative fee for the doctor--I NEVER FILLED OUT THE MEDICAL FORM! THEREFORE, THERE WAS NO INFORMATION FOR ANY DOCTOR TO REVIEW! This is a 3rd party cash grab. While I don't fault them for being enterprising, I do fault them for both making me jump through hurdles over the course of 3 weeks and many communications to get a refund and for charging for a service that was not only never used, but never even applied for.....GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO USES THIS SITE!

They sent me the wrong dose and I’m so sick
They sent me the wrong dose and I didn’t realize it until I had been throwing up for 15 hours. The issue was switching from oral to shots. When I finally got the doctor to call back he acknowledged this. Good news: I now have an inexpensive supply of 3x what I thought I was getting. Bad news: I almost ended up in the ER and still feel terrible. I wish I had chosen a different site with more direct and accessible customer service. I’m angry and worried as I wait for this overdose to leave my system.

I recently posted a review here with the absolute truth of my awful experience with this company. Part of that review states that the company canceled my membership because they did not want to fulfill their promises to me to issue a refund and discount on my next order THEY OFFERED to me in writing through the customer support chat. Here is an excerpt of their response…“ To clarify a few important points:Memberships are never canceled to avoid issuing a valid refund. If a refund or discount was committed in writing and eligibility criteria were met, our billing team reviews and honors that.”New Self has still not honored their promises as I have not received anything from them. As I said, I have all of this in writing. I recommend you get your GLP-1 meds from any other provider. There are a lot of choices in this market, so why buy from a company with no credibility for customers. This company has the worst customer support I’ve ever encountered!

Unresponsive customer care and doctors
I have been on semiglutide prior to switching to NewSelf. I was losing weight slowly. I switched companies because my provider changed. I have been on NewSelf for 3 weeks. My hunger is raging and I've gained weight. They started me on a slightly higher dose and I'm confused as to why this is happening. I have tried to log my information in the Metabolic Report but it does not save. There is no place to track my weight but on a separate site. I have messaged customer service countless times with no reply. Please do your research because I obviously did not research this enough. I also paid for a year up front to get the best price. I'm sooo sorry I did.
