My Gap Is Gone and My Smile Looks AmazingI decided to try New Smile after noticing that annoying gap between my two front teeth for years—it always bothered me in photos and when I smiled. I also had some minor crowding with my other teeth that made my smile feel uneven.The process was super straightforward: I got my impression kit, sent it back, and soon received my custom clear aligners right to my door. They’re practically invisible—people didn’t even notice I was wearing them most of the time, which was a huge plus compared to traditional braces.I followed the plan (wearing them 20-22 hours a day, switching sets as directed), and the results blew me away. That front gap closed up completely, and my other teeth shifted into alignment. My smile looks so much straighter, more confident, and natural now. No pain beyond the expected mild discomfort when switching trays, and everything felt gradual and comfortable.The aligners were easy to clean, didn’t affect my speech much after the first few days, and the whole experience was way more affordable and convenient than going the in-office route. I now just wear my retainers at night to maintain my teeth alignment. If you’re dealing with a gap like mine or mild to moderate alignment issues, I highly recommend giving New Smile a shot. IT'S A SCAM Don't buy from them.
IT'S A SCAM. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered. Immediately items I didn't request were added to my account with a higher balance due. Classic bait and switch. Got immediately concerned that something so important should be handled by someone more reliable and decided it wasn't worth the risk. I tried to cancel the order right away. No response to my emails for the first couple of weeks. I went through all their ridiculous return steps and dozens of emails, including have to ask for the return shipping address 6 times! Got confirmation of shipment received back to them. Return approved, refund did not show up when promised - now on 3rd week of following up for refund promised. Going to dispute with credit card company and file complaint with BBB. DONT BUY FROM THEM ITS A SCAM.

I knew of she was helping me with every step all my questions would be answered to satisfaction. And we discussed further my need for a bite guard, and advised to upgraded to night aligners, which I feel very confident with that purchase after speaking with Rache. Refund received-after 6 weeks of begging
My request for a refund was sent December 22, 2025. My refund was received Fenbruary 18, 2026 after more 19 interactions by email (not an exaggeration. I have all correspondence) and at least a dozen phone calls. This was not “processing time”. When I began complaining in earnest and leaving several bad reviews somehow I received a phone call and was told that I would get my refund by the end of that week. It still took an additional phone call and email before it arrived the following week. As a part of this lovely process, my calls were no longer answered. I literally called 7 times one day. After no answer I called from a different number and received an answer right away. That’s when I decided to begin leaving negative reviews-because 7 times was too many times to believe that it was happenstance that my calls didn’t get answered. I had called the previous day as well but only twice. I was very worried that I had sent $1200 to a scam company and wouldn’t get my money back.

These people are super pleasant and responsive, especially Sofia! I recommend making sure you opt for ordering one additional impressions putty in case you get it wrong the first time (learning curve). Also, my mouth is larger than average, so I needed a size “6” instead of the typical size “5” that comes standard.

New Smile has been very easy in some aspects and challenging in others. Pros: Easy sign up, clear delivery and instructions on mold making, easy payment systemCons: Difficult to reach customer service, unclear on progress stepsOverall would have preferred using a Dentist for aligners but I paid fully and have committed.

They seem overwhelmed but maybe improving
They seem overwhelmed. I never got the video call for my impressions, I was told to do it myself, the impressions were rejected, and then I was asked to pay for replacements. That was 8 months ago and I still haven’t been able to get through to customer service until just now. I called but the call was dropped and, to be honest, they reached out by email to follow up. Finally, not by call but in the chat, Aaron was very helpful and a new kit is being mailed to my new address, free of charge. Perhaps they’re more on the ball now and less overwhelmed. I hope so. Cautious optimism. Edit: I’m still looking for the email they say they sent to me in their response to this review. They definitely need to improve communication. I received new impressions. Hopefully this will go well.

They didn’t fit
They didn’t fit. Took two months to revive them and they didn’t fit. After fighting with customer service for the past two weeks they are sending me new molding kit. Which they wanted to charge me for till I complained and now sending for free. Your company is terrible and will never recommend someone to use your trays.

My Impressions Kit Trays
My Impressions Kit contained trays that were too big for my mouth ( Medium). Honestly, I spent several frustrating hours trying to make practice impressions. I finally decided to contact customer service to see if the trays could be replaced. I'm happy to say that Joanna went over & above in helping to resolve my issue. Small trays are now on their way! I also shared with Joanna that since I used the greens puddy's so many times in practicing I was concerned that they were possibly getting too soft. She not only offered to send me 2 green putty's but also added 2 white hardening putty's. This has really given me a surge of relief due to having more opportunities to get the right impressions made. So far so good!
