Love working with Chris Brooks.
Working with Chris Brooks was amazing he got me to where I was eating right he gave me a nutrition plan that I could follow perfectly easy simple meals. The workouts for easy and fun to do and some were challenging but I got through them. I would recommend coach Chris to anybody that would want to start a journey a weight loss journey he is very easy to work with and he'll get you to where you want to be. I'm so glad I found him and he's helped me out tone up beautifully....
