Just today we got attacked by one of your drivers! He almost hit our car from behind and when we stopped, the driver punched the car with his legs, my b/f came out and got spit on and then punched to his chest. The driver was screaming: “You can do nothing with me!”. We blocked his way to call the police but other people freed his way,and let him move back. He fled the scene by the time police came! And he had people on the bus. How can you keep so mentally ill people at work? This person is violent and dangerous to other people!!!

Picked this Groupon in order to utilise the on and off bus option. The first bus skipped several stops and was heading to a pier for its boat tour. We as well as other passengers had to ask to get off at sooner stops. When we got back on we asked for a certain stop and were instead taken to the pier for the boat tour. Would not recommend.

They are a scam
They are a scam. Bus never showed. I got a two day ticket. My receipt says two day ticket but the dates are only good for one day. I called the number on the bottom and he answered just hello and told me not to worry about the ticket. All of the other services that are legit have an app you can use to track where the buses are so you know how long you’ll be waiting. Should have been my first clue

Really disappointed, we were told the bus was about to leave and we ended up sat on it for an hour and 35 minutes before it left. Another bus turned up and they tried to get us to switch but we could see there were no seats together. We missed lots of stops on the tour we’d paid for, the bus cut routes off the tour. No liberty statue, soho or the rockerfeller. The driver drove so fast we could hardly take pictures. Waste of money! I won’t be recommending this to any of our friends and family due to visit. Save your money and go with Top View. We’d gone with them all day and they were great. Only wish we had done their night tour instead

Would have given it zero stars but unfortunately they wasn’t an option . Please do not fall into the trap and believing the charm . I bus won’t be leaving in 10 mins or probably in the next 90 minutes . I Staten Island ferry does go near the Statue of Liberty we passed it .The bus is not free it will cost you an extra 20 $ . Don’t ask any of the representatives what time the trip that should have left an hour ago goes because they will just lie . Don’t bother asking for a refund you’ll not get one . Some many people on one trip told complete lies thus company is a disgrace . Waste of time emailing them they will not reply . One gentleman had the right idea and contacted his bank to cancel the transaction. Avoid at all costs you’ll be gone for hours not 60 minutes !!!!

Biggest scam and most unorganized group ever. The poor workers were fed a sh*t show. John and Isaiah were absolutely amazing at trying to keep everyone happy and doing what they could with what they had. The owner of the company or whoever they were dealing with was the rudest and had no idea what was going on, they didn’t even have a route to go off of for the Holiday Light Tour.When we first arrived to NYC the location we had been given wasn’t even the correct one, so we ended up using a different company since the bus never showed up. Later when we were to get on for the Holiday tour, online and Groupon all said to get on by Red Lobster and the 5 building. Well that wasn’t it and the Iconic worker that came by us wouldn’t help until we got firm with him asking ‘so where do we get on the bus’ and he finally took us around the corner to get on a bus that didn’t even say Iconic just Orange Bus. We then sat on this bus from 5:15 to 6:45 waiting to leave when we were supposed to leave at 530. The 630 people started getting onto the bus until it was full. When we finally got moving it was still a shit show as they didn’t even have a route in place. The drive slammed on the breaks so hard that a lady flew out of her seat and hid the ground while some of us others slammed our knees hard, on the other seats and I slammed my head into the metal bar infront of me. People started asking to be let off the bus in random areas because they got scared. Eventually we did the same thing and all we got to see was really Macys lit up.Do not recommend this company at all!Ps. John and Isaiah did amazing with what they could and tried there hardest to make everyone feel better, things just got to far away and when one thing got fixed another issue happened. These two guys are jems to have and deserve to be treated better!

Scammers, stay away!!!Don't stop at all, they have green jackets and present themselves as official Staten Island operators. They sell a non-existent package that includes the boat trip to the Statue of Liberty, half an hour of stop for photos and visit, return. After an hour and a half we had not yet left and asking for the reason and the refund they mocked us and circled us in 4 or 5. Written complaint to customer service, they never responded.Share this scam to avoid it to others! Shame!
