Beware of price increase shenanigans
On Sat 2/14/26 I placed an order for Part No.: 11945-W0501 [IDLER PULLEY] priced at $72.01. On Mon 2/16/26 I received an e-mail stating there has been a price increase and that I need to pay an additional $26.11 to continue with the order or cancel the order. Since nobody else seems to have this part outside of the rusty sketchy ones on ebay they pretty much had me over barrel. I paid the additional and asked if they would be sympathetic and expedite the order. They said no. So The part was received and installed and no issues there. Out of curiosity I just checked their website a week later and this part is still listed at $72.01. So where is the so called price increase?!?!? Unless I am given a refund for the phony price increase and an apology I won't be buying anything from this site ever again and will be letting those in my online Nissan Hardbody groups know about these shenanigans.

They sent the wrong part and are charging me to return it
Was sent the wrong part inside a box with the correct part number sticker. They are charging me to return the item because they are saying it is the correct part based on the part number on the box. I sent photos of the part itself demonstrating that it is clearly the wrong part and doesn't match the part number on the box. They packed the wrong part in the box and they are refusing to take responsibility and make this right. Have sent several emails and had a call with a rude customer service agent, and have gotten nowhere. So I have to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee for their mistake. Will never order from NissanPartsDeal again.More specifically, I ordered a 13264-EA210 which is the correct driver's side valve cover for a 2006 Nissan Xterra. The part I received has a large hole in it on the top right corner where another part attaches. But my car does not have anything to attach into that hole and the parts diagram for 13264-EA210 also doesn't show this hole or any associated parts that go into the hole either. The breather tube points the wrong way and the screw holes for the coil pack fasteners are in the wrong location among other obvious differences.

Doesn't meet the typical customer service expectations
I ordered 2 screws, 2 rubber bushings, and 2 metal sleeves for mounting my air filter housing on xterra. What should have been $15 in parts was $60 and $10 shipping, but what are you going to do... The cheapest parts were the screws at $1.35. Instead of screws they included two white plastic pieces with no packaging or part numbers. I thought no big deal they'll fix the mistake when I tell them and went and installed the rest of the parts, and threw away the packaging. They are refusing to accept my RMA because I can't send pictures of all shipping materials for a contested $2.70 in parts. :-(
