Horrible social casino. I’ll just leave it at that.
It was very prompt and quick in between games. No Limit coins are very generous with gifts and Love their free spins. The graphics are great and love playing it day to day.
I enjoyed the games and the platform itself, but the redemption rules are extremely misleading.I built my balance to over $900 starting from the daily login promotional SC. When I attempted to redeem $100, my redemption was denied and limited to $25 under “Award Rule 5.7.” The problem is that this rule is not clearly visible or easy to find in the Terms & Conditions, and the system allows your balance to continue growing without any indication that your redemption will be capped. From a player’s perspective, seeing a balance grow into the hundreds naturally makes you believe those funds are redeemable. Only at the point of withdrawal does the system enforce a $25 limit, which feels very misleading.Another issue is that when the $100 redemption was denied and limited to $25, the remaining $75 was not returned to my account balance either. It simply disappears from the transaction, which adds even more confusion for players trying to understand how the system works. To make matters more confusing, I have previously redeemed $100 from promotional SC winnings before, so there appears to be inconsistency in how these rules are applied.I contacted support about this issue and received a response simply quoting Award Rule 5.7 and stating that winnings beyond the $25 limit from free play are automatically removed from the account after redemption. This did not address the lack of visibility of this rule during gameplay or why the remaining balance is removed rather than returned.I’m not saying the games aren’t fun — they are. But transparency matters. If promotional winnings are capped at $25, that should be clearly displayed during gameplay, not only revealed at redemption.Players deserve to know the real redemption limits before they spend time building a balance that ultimately cannot be withdrawn.Update: Support confirmed that the system cannot determine if winnings will be capped under Rule 5.7 until a redemption request is placed, and also acknowledged that the redemption screen could make this clearer.
The games got all my favorite slots 😃 easy to boost your wallet and your confidence ❤️😜
