One of the worst experiences with online shopping I have ever had, and it’s still ongoing!I ordered some paintings and after a couple of weeks there was no sign of them, so I got in touch with their support who said they were moving shipping warehouses or distribution or something and I’d have to wait a little longer. But they then apologised and “fast-tracked” my order, which to be fair to them, is great.However, when the order arrived a few days later, it wasn’t great quality and really even the same colour as what I had ordered, so after feeling like I bought a mid-advertised product, I contacted their support again.Now, here’s where things get really frustrating.They will absolutely not give me a refund. I’ve told them about numerous laws allowing me to return the products, even if the reason is because I don’t like them. But in this case, it’s because they are rubbish quality and a horrible colour. I have informed them of their returns policy, which states as follows:“Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.”Of course my reason for return fits their terrible open-ended returns policy, the item is not a perfect match - because one the quality is too poor for where I want to hang it, and two the colour does not match the colour scheme I was going for!However, they keep stating that because the items were delivered to me in good condition, I can’t return them. Despite it being less than 30 days, and I have all the original packing. In fact, two of the three paintings haven’t been opened because the first one is so hideous!The most annoying thing is they completely skip over all the points I make that prove what they are doing is illegal and against their own returns policy, and they just give you some regurgitated marketing speak with a gift card compensation slapped on the end to shut me up.After at least 30 emails or so, I finally lost my patience and my bank are now involved, whom are also confident I am in the right.They keep offering gift cards as compensation, but that is absolutely not what I am after, as I do not want the products anymore, and want my money back.I would never, ever trust or recommend this company to anyone. Do not buy from them. They are scammers, who have even removed my review from their website, which wasn’t anywhere near as harsh as this one. If you don’t believe me, you have to admit, that is definitely a bad sign...
